I've been a long stay guess for several years now and it seems like one issue after another. Last year it was a constant fight to get warm water and cold showers in Alaska are as bad as they sound. They have leaks in the ceiling all over apparently and put me up in a room where the ceiling rotted out and fell into the bathroom (had since been fixed but smelled funky), mind you I pay almost $15,000 to stay here over the course of 6months, I pay the full going rate and it was a very small disability room at that which was without heat for three days. The only other rooms available are on the third floor again without an elevator (I'd specify asked for a bottom floor because I like to bike, the disability room they gave wouldn't have fit my bike without removing furniture). The newest room is nice enough but the bed is beyond outdated it has maybe an inch worth of cushion before the giant springs and I have lower back issues. Last year I'd asked and received a mattress topper to make it bearable for the next 6 months of my life. This time not only was I addressed as if I was lying about that fact but I was meet with that's on you, like they hold no responsibility for the furniture they provide. I'll go spend the extra money to make this place a bearable stay but I find this service appalling for the amount of money I've invested here, 40k at least over three years.

Overall not cleaned room, pull out mattress had brown and yellow stains with no sheets on it. Asked front desk if I could replace the mattress and they just gave me sheets to cover up the stains. There were also yellow stain marks on the non carpeted parts of the floor.
