Excelente hotel da rede Íbis! Fiquei surpresa com a qualidade do atendimento de todos ! Desde o check in até o check out ! Limpeza impecável , excelente café da manhã, quarto com boas camas, silencioso , boa qualidade de toalhas e ducha! Conheço vários da rede e este hotel é o melhor que já fiquei pela rede Accor. Certamente retornarei !!

Fiquem no quarto com banheira, ela é pequena, para uma pessoa, mas atendeu as expectativas, o quarto era grande com mesa para trabalho e mesa central com cadeiras, há serviço de quarto / restaurante, mas não utilizei. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muitas variedades, a equipe é super atenciosa e a localização excelente, possui estacionamento no local (pago a parte). O local está precisando de manutenção, embora esteja limpo, tem aspecto de velho, a vista da banheira era um buraco no teto do lado de fora do prédio, não compromete. As toalhas tb já estão precisando ser trocadas.

Atendimento excelente, quarto muito confortável: cama, ar condicionado, chuveiro e wi-fi, tudo ok. Café da manhã bem servido em um restaurante espaçoso. Estacionamento gratuito e com vagas para todos. A área da piscina é boa, mas pelo uso intenso achamos que a água deveria estar melhor tratada. A academia também...não havia itens para higienização e esteiras e equipamentos estavam cheios de suor. O elevador é bem pequeno e parece ser uma adaptação a um antigo, algumas vezes não funcionou.

Quality Hotel Jundiai, it's part of our house. Whenever we go to Jundií and where we host, always clean, carefully careful, sympathetic and requesting staff, good breakfast and for us is a great location, easy access to the road, the city centre and is next to a Carrefour and despite It is super silent to be practically the road margin. We left the hotel around 18.30 and we returned around midnight. We got to the second floor park and the lift was off, and we had to go up with the 2-year-old baby on the neck by the stairs. The receptionist said it was for security reasons and that we should have warned when we entered the parking lot and that this information should have been checked in when we checked in.
