This hotel is right off the highway and convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but on the smaller side - especially for a wheelchair accessible room. Unfortunately the door to the rooms face the parking lot and there was a good amount of noise from the outside as folks checked in late in the night.

Place was clean and quiet. Near the highway and close by the South Llano River State Park. We were given an "accessible" room. Shower only, no tub. Room was big, decent fixtures, it was very clean, maybe recently painted. Didn't get my rewards points as I booked with a 3rd party, not on the BW rewards app/site (sad face). Breakfast was good, well stocked, tasty and at the right temperature. No coffee in the lobby. Recommend a table in the room and a side table in the shower.

This was a great hotel in a small town. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good for such a small hotel. We enjoyed our stay and loved the extra pillows and the room AC system. We were in town for July 4th weekend. Had a great time catching up with family and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

I would rate it 4.5! Only because they could use some new towels! Other than that it was perfect for this caliber of hotel! And it’s actually a motel by my standards because you can drive right up to your door and park in front of your window another key feature I like! The bed was comfy. Updates are good (no carpet) and it was clean! The customer service upon check in was friendly and inviting! I would definitely stay here again if/when I need a place to stay of IH10 on this stretch of highway!

Surprisingly quiet. Large, clean rooms with an A/C that cools very well. Pool and surrounding area were clean. Pizza Junction, down the street, was really good. We had 4 rooms as were traveling with family and stopped for the night on our way to South Padre Island. Would definitely stay again.

I went to go check out of my room, when I heard an assistant manager talking down and yelling at her employees. She continued to be disrespectful to her employees and myself when I told her that’s no way to treat her employees. Her name was Bonnie and terrible management at this hotel. I spoke to a few other employees about her behavior and it seems to be a common factor for her constant disrespect. Bonnie needs to be talked to about her behavior.

Best Western Dos Rios - The rooms/beds are so very comfortable - and very clean! Breakfasts had a really terrific selection of foods/beverages. Entire staff, including front desk, kitchen area, and housekeeping were each one friendly, courteous, very professional and customer-oriented. They were pleasantly accommodating with guests requests. Exceeded expectations.
