房間設施陳舊，服務態度差，前台誘導客户多花錢，衞生間用品老化，房間整體臟，出差這麼多年一直住漢庭，這家是我住過漢庭酒店最差的房間！

設施：不錯 五秒內出熱水 沐浴露洗髮水味道我喜歡 枕頭不錯 還有乳膠枕
衞生：不錯 細節性衞生打掃的很好 入住了兩天給送了四瓶水 喝不喝有沒有都會再給放兩瓶 很好
環境：環境還可以 快捷酒店
服務：二十號下午給我辦理入住和二十二號中午給我退房的一個美女服務很好 笑容很美 態度很好 給她個人單獨好評！

晚上辦的入住，前台也是很熱情的，行李有點多，前台很快幫忙開門，保安很主動的幫我把行李送到房間，服務很周到，提前安排了好的房間，房間很不錯，很乾凈，設施很齊全，洗衣房有烘乾機，讓人很舒適，餐廳也很不錯，主動幫我煮餛飩。以後再來莒南出差，還是會選擇這家，很親切，周邊吃飯很方便，隔壁就有吃的，外賣的話，有機器人幫忙送到房間門口，很不錯的一次體驗

房間很乾凈，服務超級贊。酒店還有洗衣房，而且還有烘乾機，熨燙機可以用，由於我着急外出，前台還幫忙洗衣服烘乾、疊好還貼心的放到了房間裏去，前台接待的時候就很有耐心，客房阿姨也很好，因為我喝水比較多，客房大姐每次打算掃衞生的時候都會給我多放兩瓶水。每次出差都是首選漢庭。
