The advantage is that the location is great, it is a new hotel, the price/performance ratio is good, the TV is cable TV, the lady at the front desk and the cleaning lady are very kind and friendly. The disadvantages are that the water in the wash basin is slow, the TV cannot cast the screen according to the prompts, the stairs do not have card security facilities, anyone can go up, the restaurant is too small, there are too few tables, and there is no table or plate for breakfast at 9 o'clock.
