Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer für 2 Personen zwar klein aber aber sauber und Platz für alles nötige. Dusche und WC auch tip top. Wir haben nur übernachtet und morgens einen leckeren Kaffee genossen, bevor wir auf aufbrachen. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

I had an absolutely terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. I chose to celebrate my daughter’s birthday there, but from the moment we arrived, the service was shockingly poor, and the staff showed a complete lack of concern for their guests. The issues that occurred during my daughter’s birthday celebration made the entire experience incredibly stressful for me, my guests, and my daughter’s friends. It fell far below the standard I would expect from a hotel with this reputation and price range. When I approached management to address these problems, their response was appalling. Instead of offering any solutions or even an apology, they were rude, shouting at us and even telling us to leave the premises. It was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The level of disrespect and lack of customer care we encountered was shocking. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very motivated staff ever willing to help. Great facilities (swimming, sauna, etc). Should be a great location for outdoor activities (walking, MTB, etc), which unfortunately after tradeshow exhaustion we were not able to explore. We will be back later this year!!

Das Spiele-Paradies kam gut an, es gab so viel zu tun und zu entdecken. Auch für die Großen fand sich Beschäftigung. Wir mochten auch das Essen (HP), uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die angebotenen Zeiten passen prima Das Hotel-Team war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben am Silvesterprogramm teilgenommen und fanden toll, was auf die Beine gestellt wurde. Mit Lagerfeuer!!! Das Zimmer war sauber und prakmatisch eingerichtet, wir haben gut geschlafen. Genossen haben wir auch den Park und den Zoo, die Zitadelle und eine Wanderung zur Sophienhöhe.

Vreselijk, kom je savobds laat aan krijg je te horen dat je na 22u niet meer naar buiten kan, echter 21.50 was de voordeur al dicht dus eventueel naar de auto lopen kon niet. Stinkende kamer leek geur van natte hond en badkamer een rioollucht Uiteraard 21.50 niemand te bekennen om te melden. Op de muur 3 dode vliegen geplakt Vies tapijt op de gangen Smorgens geen goedemorgen in de ontbijtzaal maar snauwende gerda achter de warmhoudplaat. Direct na bak slappe koffie weggegaan, de 2e nacht hebben we elders geslapen, de sleutel bij de telefoon op de balie gelegd immers geen personeel achter de receptie. 24u later een mail of we de sleutel willen inleveren of anders 30 euro boete moeten betalen, dit laat ook weer zien hoe slecht de communicatie in het hotel is.. Ik heb 2 nachten betaald en ben er 1 nacht gebleven. Als kreeg ik 30 euro toe ik kom er niet meer

Die Mitarbeiter haben sich richtig viel Mühe anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes gemacht. Das war richtig toll! Das Essen war ganz gut, das Frühstück war um 8.30 Uhr schon sehr leer gefegt. Aber das lag wahrscheinlich an einer Schulklasse.

Für das Geld erwartet man doch schon etwas mehr, das einzig positive war das freundliche Personal und das großzügige Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer total hellhörig und sehr laut in der Umgebung, Techno Partys bis in die späte Nacht. Leider werde ich kein Jufa Hotel mehr betreten.
