Very practical hotel with all the comforts that a hotel should offer!

Receptionist very polite and careful in providing all the information, check in and check out took a long time but because she was alone. Breakfast very varied and tasty, but the only girl who was clearing the dishes and cleaning the tables was also not up to the task and some guests had to pile dirty dishes on other tables and wipe the tables with napkins to use them. My room was not clean, as soon as I arrived and went to take a shower there was hair in the drain, a roll of toilet paper in the shower that had already dried and the sink was blocked after every minimal use. When I unmade the bed to lie down there was a huge hair between the top and bottom sheets, it wasn't mine because the color and size was different, I don't know if it was from a maid in the housekeeping, I don't think so, because I bumped into one in the exit and she wore her hair tied back with a net. The hygiene of the room was very questionable and I didn't feel comfortable.

I liked the facilities, the room was very comfortable, but I thought the service itself left something to be desired. When I arrived to check in, I waited a long time without anyone at the cashiers. The minibar in my room was not stocked and there was no room service either. , I had to go down to get everything if I needed it! Relatively expensive room rate for not even having breakfast included
