Ibis Juiz de Fora

I am an Accor customer and I use Ibis a lot, and of course the hotel in Juiz de Fora met my expectations. The hotel meets the chain's standards in terms of cleanliness and service. Congratulations to the entire team.

The air conditioning doesn't cool properly.. it's a little far from the center.. but it's a good hotel, worth staying there.. functional hotel

Receptionist very polite and careful in providing all the information, check in and check out took a long time but because she was alone. Breakfast very varied and tasty, but the only girl who was clearing the dishes and cleaning the tables was also not up to the task and some guests had to pile dirty dishes on other tables and wipe the tables with napkins to use them. My room was not clean, as soon as I arrived and went to take a shower there was hair in the drain, a roll of toilet paper in the shower that had already dried and the sink was blocked after every minimal use. When I unmade the bed to lie down there was a huge hair between the top and bottom sheets, it wasn't mine because the color and size was different, I don't know if it was from a maid in the housekeeping, I don't think so, because I bumped into one in the exit and she wore her hair tied back with a net. The hygiene of the room was very questionable and I didn't feel comfortable.

Hotel well located in JF, close to the event I went to! Comfortable apartments, breakfast with plenty of options. The apartment had some furniture that was a little dusty but nothing excessive. The bed linen was all clean and fragrant. The hotel's parking lot is a little small if it's full, but it has the advantage of having covered spaces! Anyway, I recommend the accommodation, especially for the attractive price.
