I have been staying at this property since 1980. It's a 'home away from home' and one truly feels like a welcomed, returning family member. If I had been guided by some reviews I read about the Ritz, I might not have stayed. On the contrary! We were very well received at the Reception, which operates 24 hours. Great accommodation, large room, impeccable bed and towels, excellent bathroom with wonderful shower. We were surprised with a beautiful breakfast, with plenty of variety and replacement at all times. The parking entrance is small for large cars, but that's a small detail. The location is close to all central commerce. In other words, staying at the Ritz is worth it!

Bad hotel. Room smells like mold, closed... No sockets, old, no ventilation, old and bad pillows, really bad mattress too. Wifi doesn't work properly. Breakfast with moldy bread. The staff are quite polite. And the shower is very good, but I don't plan on even going through the door anymore.

Booking from 18-20 August 2023. Very well located and with parking, although tight, it met our needs. It was convenient. Good reception service and good guidance on how the hotel operates. Despite being a room facing the main road, the sound insulation was very reasonable. The first night the wifi signal was interrupted, but it came back. Around 10:30 pm it seemed like there was an iron service cart in the hallway making a lot of noise. I observed 2 ants in my bed the first night. When taking a shower, I noticed the stained and torn towel in the corner and toilet paper not consistent with a 4-star hotel. Positive point for the shower with excellent water flow and perfect temperature in addition to a very good breakfast. Hotel with swimming pool, but does not use the facility.

I stayed at the Ritz twice, comparing it to other hotels in the city, almost all in the same price range, the Ritz was my choice because breakfast is until 11 am, the pool and sauna are open later than other hotels , in this case 9pm. Very good room, great shower, hearty breakfast, large and good swimming pool, great and spacious sauna, central location.
