The services and staff are excellent. When coming to juba, South sudan, this should be your first and final stop incase of hospitality services. I love the customer care services especially from Mrs Asunta the guest relationship manager.

food is top notch best in SS. The staff are very lovely and friendly specially MR WANI at break and MR ISHWAR at the Dinner restaurant. You palace to be if you ever coming South Sudan. Ohh did i forget to mention the facilities SUANA STEAM GYM JAKUZZI and definitely the new private pool at 1st floor

Pyramid hotel was one of the great hotel i stays in juba, and the front desk agents were specialized on the service giving, and i want to specially mention Mrs. Timiketu the front manager was giving me un devided attention on my stay following up my service quality and all.... I am looking forward to stay at pyramid hotel on my newyear business trip. Thank you all staffs and managments.

Excellent services with excellent customer care services. The experience was incredible. The restaurant manager, Mr. Ishtar Sigdel was very welcoming. There were verity of foods which took my attention, in impact, foods were so delicious and to the right test. Generally, services were exceptionally excellent.

Nice food and room. This hotel have staffs different nationalities which makes easy to communicate with your language. I dont want to miss the chance to acknowledge non support from Wanni at the breakfast and Timketu and Francis at the reception.

I came to the Spa regularly, but this days I saw very poor management on the Spa area. I tried to see the MD several times but couldn’t manage it. Anyways the thing is when you are going to the SPA and making booking for spa or massage it have to be with the hotel staff always which me and my friend faced for the last 4 weeks is, we know that there is new Assistant SPA manager but there is one lady that she is not the hotel staff and she is relative for the new spa assistant manager which doesn’t treat guest nicely, always seems very rude to me and my friends. We came to spend some money to Pyramid SPA all the therapist they r very nice Nelly and Theresa they are the best but at the reception they have to do it better than it get worse. This is a business place not a charity organization that you can bring your relatives to work. I know how to get the contact for the Managing director so I will be sharing this with him. The rest all is okay.
