I came to the Spa regularly, but this days I saw very poor management on the Spa area. I tried to see the MD several times but couldn’t manage it. Anyways the thing is when you are going to the SPA and making booking for spa or massage it have to be with the hotel staff always which me and my friend faced for the last 4 weeks is, we know that there is new Assistant SPA manager but there is one lady that she is not the hotel staff and she is relative for the new spa assistant manager which doesn’t treat guest nicely, always seems very rude to me and my friends. We came to spend some money to Pyramid SPA all the therapist they r very nice Nelly and Theresa they are the best but at the reception they have to do it better than it get worse. This is a business place not a charity organization that you can bring your relatives to work. I know how to get the contact for the Managing director so I will be sharing this with him. The rest all is okay.
