The hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area which is beautiful. So if you want to disappear and not to be seen, this is the place for you! The hotel itself is nice and is located within a traditional building. The room was ok, with nice rustic furniture and tiles on the floor, TV and WiFi worked fine and the bathroom was of a decent size, although I didn't like the "bio" toiletries which don't smell at all. If you miss the breakfast, there is absolutely nothing to drink or eat. So between hours everything is dead. There is a small bar next to the reception but the coffee was regular! The "library" or living room had not enough reading material to be what was meant to be. Due to stone (tile) floors I would recommend many carpets in order to minimize the noise (the waitress made sure she woke us up when she pushed the trolley through the whole hotel), and to give the common areas a better and cozier ambience. The hotel was not cheap and could be improved with a little imagination.

The hotel is very nice with spacious rooms and an area to sit outside your room. They have a restaurant and breakfast area. They are not too far from Olot, which was nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it's in a farm area, so it was a bit stinky. I'm guessing they have times of year that they but down something on the land surrounding the hotel. It's a beautiful area.

Estuvimos en este hotel hace unos años, y ahora hemos visto que han invertido en su modernización tanto de habitaciones como del baño. El baño dispone de cabina de ducha y se nota sellado el espacio que ocupaba la bañera y esta bien equipado, la habitación que nos tocó, con salida directa a la zona de piscina y jardín, era amplia, con un buen par de armarios y caja de seguridad, la cama cómoda. En el tema de la iluminación fue de nuestro agrado al ser moderna y poder disponer de varias opciones. También ofrecen aparcamiento cubierto sin coste adicional. En el apartado de comidas, ofrecen un desayuno buffet variado y con embutidos y productos de la tierra muy ricos, por la noche ofrecen menú o 1/2 menú con numerosos platos tanto de primero como de segundo ricos también. Por todo ello les digo que muy bien, una buena opción para ver la comarca que ofrece mucho y también para descansar

Boníto hotel bien ubicado en un buen entorno natural. Cerca de Olot Habitaciones espaciosas comodas y con acceso a la piscina.. La parte negativa fue que llegamos al hotel sobre las cinco de la tarde para pasar una noche y con la intención de cenar en el restaurante del hotel esa misma noche, però se nos informa de que està completo y que no nos pueden dar de cenar que vayamos a Olot que encontraremos algun restaurante. Sin darnos ninguna referència. Nos sentimos mal atendidos

Todo perfecto, camas cómodas, habitación amplia, aseo con ducha y bañera, piscina y zona fe césped, atención muy correcta y desayuno completo. Ideal para desconectar unos días en medio de la no nada, pero cerca de algunas poblaciones interesantes.

Somos una familia de 6, 2 adultos y 4 hijos. Estuvimos en el hotel hace dos fines de semana. Nuestra experiencia ha sido espectacular. Hotel perfecto para familias, limpio, cómodo. El personal muy amable. En concreto Iván en la recepción fue muy agradable, nos ayudó con consejo para excursiones, planes, servicial,muy amable y encantador. Repetiremos seguro!

Un hotel muy tranquilo, con habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. Las vistas son espectaculares, paisajes realmente bonitos. El trato es cercano, respetuoso y amable. El desayuno es muy variado y de gran calidad.

Habíamos leído algunas opiniones negativas, que nos preocuparon... pero nuestra estancia no ha podido ser mejor Hotel muy bien situado, confortable, buenas vistas, habitación grande con su terracita y salas comunes muy cómodas Personal muy amable y atento Cena, perfecta en su restaurante PUIGSACALM y desayuno correctísimo en el que, aunque no haya una grandísima variedad, todos los productos son de mucha calidad En total 118€ la noche, que creo que es un precio muy razonable para un cuatro estrellas, aunque sea fuera de temporada Aunque por el calendario no la hemos usado, para mi gusto la piscina es muy pequeña Volveremos
