We have just returned from a two night stay - how we wished that we had booked for longer! A beautiful old property, decorated with many styles of art and furniture. The garden and pool were fantastic to unwind and enjoy the peace. No loud music playing and people resecting each other and talking quietly. We shall definitely return next year.

Spent 10 days at this lovely quaint hotel, if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. But if like us you want a true french experience then Hotel Mimosa is perfect. Bedrooms are small so we picked a superior one facing the magnificent gardens. You don’t need a balcony as the patio is beautiful and breakfast is served there every morning. The bed was very comfortable and great daily attention to cleanliness. Bathroom t old style but plenty of hot water and toiletries only complaint is the hairdryer was poor Breakfast is continental with some extra options that you can pay for for you wish. It could get boring and could do with improving the choices but it is adequate. No main meals are served but tea coffee and drinks are served all day if required. A nice touch is the fridge in your bedroom and there is no problem with you bringing food to the patio for your lunch or snacks. The magnificent garden and pool area makes up for what is lacking indoors. Very peaceful relaxing and loungers available for everyone. Cannot stress enough how beautiful this area is. Must mention the very professional friendly and helpful staff especially Natasha on reception. I enjoyed our chats everyday. Overall we loved this hotel it is in a great residential area and yet only a short walk to town and beach in St Juan de pins. A 20 min walk with have you in the centre of Old Antibes. My advice is if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday in a beautiful old style french Villa you cannot do better than hotel Mimosas. We will certainly stay here again and would have no problem recommending it to anyone.

Charming hotel in Antibes area, less than 10 min walk from the beach, town center and train station. Tons of restaurants around. Private parking is a huge plus if traveling by car. Grounds are very beautiful, delicious breakfast and service at hotel top notch. The best place to stay in Juan les Pins! Things to improve : The bathroom door in our room was too close to the night stand and it was uncomfortable to walk in/out bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in evening near pool area, maybe some treatment can be done to improve.

This is a fantastic little gem in an otherwise rather touristy area. The pool, the breakfast, the staff, the cute rooms. Perhaps not a luxury hotel, but it has personality and charm. No screming kids, no crowds, no sterile hotel chain style interior. Comfy beds and nice bathroom, very efficient AC.

Faut faire abstraction des chambres qui sont vieillottes.. sinon l'emplacement , le parc , la piscine, le petit déjeuner et l'accueil familiale sont à souligner !! Bon qualité prix à Juan les pins à proximité de la mer ! Un investissement dans les chambres et les communs transformerait l'hôtel en super hôtel !!!

Bella villa con due piani di camere, la nostra con vista sulla piscina e il bellissimo giardino. Camera molto spartana, stile provenzale, mobili semplici. Bagno piccolo e con mobili più semplici ancora. Tutto sommato non è male, ma il wifi funzionava solo in bagno e all'ingresso della camera, forse perché al secondo piano e l'ultima del corridoio. In piscina funziona benissimo per contro. Colazione semplice. Bar piscina con ottimo servizio dalle 12. Piscina molto bella ma bisogna scendere presto, non ci sono lettini per tutti e tanti lasciano il telo anche se vanno bia nonostante il divieto. Parcheggio incluso, tutto chiuso dopo la mezza quindi sicuro. A 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Una nota: non tutte le camere hanno il bidet, se lo volete fatelo presente.

Hotel très agréable,au calme entouré de verdure. Chambre spacieuse avec une literie au top. Une belle piscine a débordement qui incite au repos sur des transats ,sans nuisance aucune. Un personnel fort sympathique et aimable. A 10minutes à pieds du centre ville de Juan les pins.
