Ok small hotel but website is misleading and most facilities advertised belong to its sister hotel. Nice buffet breakfast. Parking listed as on site but in reality they use a separate parking lot 100m away. Polite staff. Pool area needs an uplift and has no shower. I stayed on the 3rd floor which is listed as sea view. You can just manage to see the sea above the tops of pine trees. You will need at least a 4th floor room or above for a true sea view. The room itself was quite nice. Probably a good 4 star hotel but not 5.

This hotel is a quirky little place to stay. It’s cute. It’s got lovely staff. It’s got an eclectic courtyard. Interiors are interesting and don’t offer the normal bland grey/beige colour scheme. The pillows were not at all nice. Foam and cheap. But on request the reception provided better feather ones. Nothing was a problem. The pool area is cute. Not fancy but comfortable and chilled. The hotel is well located and you can walk to many places and nearby Antibes. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: I wouldn’t book here if you like going to bed early. Every night there seemed to be an event of some kind in a purpose built stadium directly outside the hotel. This time is was a Padel Tennis tournament. Apparently it is followed by reggae week, then a jazz festival. It’s a summer venue and it’s right bang opposite the hotel (front side). The noise is quite something. Spectacularly loud. For the nights we were there it was over by midnight but if you’ve got kids or you like to sleep early, I would avoid this hotel. Also being so central in Juan, there are numerous ‘city’ noises around. Church bells, cars, late night revellers. This didn’t bother me but I wouldn’t stay here if you like a quiet environment. I wouldn’t want to mark this hotel down for the noise pollution. It’s really not their fault. And they’re incredibly sweet and kind about everything. I would stay here again.

Great location. Hôtel is clean and immaculately presented in every way. Our room had everything you need. Air conditioning was efficient and the room very comfortable. The reception staff were maybe the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve had the pleasure to meet. The breakfast staff maybe not so much. We had a bit of trouble on three out of our four day stay, and were made to feel like criminals because our rate was not inclusive of breakfast. Sign before you eat! And, crazily, we were told on the second day we couldn’t have a pot of Americano coffee because the hotel only had 4 pots and they were all in use! The breakfast thing is the only reason I award 4 not 5. Maybe I was just unlucky.

The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are quite large and reasonably appointed. Our room wasn't properly serviced for 3 days. Water, tea and coffee were not replenished. The front of house staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The dinner food was very poor for a hotel of this calibre and would not recommend eating there unless it were an emergency. The hot breakfast buffet was also very poor - the scrambled eggs were consistently inedible and tasted like, and had the texture of, some kind of reconstituted egg product. The location is good and reasonably quiet considering the hotel is on a main road.

I celebrated my birthday with Hôtel Juana. I got the most friendliest and most helpful help, I will never forget this. I had to do so many changes and I just got the friendliest help, every time! I recommend reserving with the hotel directly and not via Booking or alike

This is a truly superb hotel with an amazing history. Built in the 1930's and decorated and styled in true 1930s style - one of the best small hotels I have ever stayed at. Famous in the 1930s for the Duke of Windsor, the Aga Khan, and Churchill having stayed there. Famous in the 1960s for hosting the Jazz Festival with all the world-famous jazz and blues musicians staying here. Gastronomically famous in the 1980s as the first hotel on the Cote D'Azure to secure 2 Michelin Stars. Alain Ducasse being the 20-something-year-old chef leading the way. Coupled with its larger sister hotel "Belles Rives" about 100 meters down the coast both hotels offer unrivaled service and style.

TLDR; avoid at all costs After looking at several options in the area I picked this hotel for my wife and I to enjoy a few nights at the end of our vacation in the south of France. We were looking for a relaxing stay and were very excited by the hotel's offering via their website. I cannot stress enough how under the mark this hotel landed. The room is out of date, not aesthetically pleasing at all, and overall looks nothing like the glossed-up pictures on the website. When you spend EUR650+ a night for a hotel that is rated "4/5-stars", you expect a certain level of service and ambiance, and Hotel Juana simply did not have it. (I keep staring at the pool in their cover picture and laughing about how wildly different it looks in person) The hotel was nice enough to let us sweat it out on a walk a few blocks down the street to see another room at their sister hotel the Belle Reve, and again, the room just fell wildly short of what I have experienced time and again in other hotels across Europe. The hotel insisted on charging us our full deposit even though we decided to move on a pay a similar price for a much better experience down the road. If you are looking for that 1930's art deco vibe, stick to just grabbing a drink at the bar. If you are looking for a luxury hotel experience like the one displayed on their website. Look elsewhere.

A quaint and cute historic hotel in Juan les pins. Incredible service that went beyond our expectation. We loved our room and the outside garden! The pool was showing signes of wear and tear but it was still beautiful. We loved our stay! Thank you for making our vacation special.

If you choose to upgrade to an ‘exclusive pine park view’ room be aware that two of these room types are actually overlooking the swimming pool, but because the park is beyond the pool and you can see the tops of the trees apparently it’s acceptable to suggest the view is an exclusive pine park view. I was really disappointed to be looking over a pool having paid for a view of the park. My suggestion to the hotel would be that these two rooms are offered to clients as having a pool view this seems a much more transparent and truthful representation of this particular hotel accommodation. The second point I wish I’d known is that There is a busy road which sits next to the swimming pool, and just before the park. This means the road is also about 20 m from the hotel rooms. If you have children the pool area does have child safety gates. If road noise is something you find relaxing whilst sitting around the pool, or whilst sleeping then your in luck with this hotel as it’s constant. However if you would prefer a more peaceful environment then Hotel Juana is probably not for you. Which brings me to the final thing I wish I’d known about Hotel Juana. There is extensive building/construction works taking place about 100m from the hotel, this is one big construction site and I would suggest work will be ongoing for at least two years, but that’s just my guess. The noise is loud and is happening all day starting early in the morning. Unfortunately because the work isn’t taking place on the hotel site the hotel doesn’t need to inform you or your travel agent of this, apparently! As you may have guessed I didn’t have the peaceful holiday I thought I had booked and paid for. In fact I would say this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. One afternoon hotel staff spent at least four hours (that I saw) jet washing the outdoor dinning area, again next to the pool, which added a little more noise, as if anymore was actually needed! When I discovered my room had a pool view I asked for another room. However because the hotel was fully booked they couldn’t accommodate my request. They would also not waiver the cancellation fee so that I could move to another hotel. They did however provide my husband and I with a free breakfast and a free sunbed, with umbrella and towel for the remainder of our 4/5 days at their sister hotel by way of compensation. Neither of these gestures provided the peace I craved. The point I tried to make to the hotel staff and the travel firm is that the description of the hotel accommodation omits to inform paying guests of key information which had I known would have meant I would have simply chosen another hotel. If these points are deemed acceptable by the hotel then be more transparent in your description. Aside from the points I have made above I have to add there is very little I liked about this hotel. It lacks any type of atmosphere or services which you would expect from a 5* hotel clearly pre
