We stayed at this hotel for one night after our flight from Malta. Matthieu on reception was welcoming & professional. On as asking for a place we could eat, he recommended a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed a very good meal. The bedroom was pleasant & clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast provided a great choice, including hot dishes, & was appreciated. A very pleasant end to our holiday.

The bed was amazing, we all said how comfy they were. The room was spotless, compact but everything you need. Would have liked to have seen a kettle or drinking water available, but with 24 hour service there was always someone on hand to provide refreshment. Staff were extremely helpful, and always met you with a smile. The breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend for a short city break, with excellent travel links by bus and a nearby tram station, you are close to the palace of Versailles which was a truly wonderful experience as the backdrop for the equestrian events for the Paris Olympics. Would definitely return. Excellent value for money.

My father had a reservation we tried to cancel a month before because unfortunately unfortunately, was involved in a terrible car accident resulting in a severe spinal injury. He underwent emergency surgery and now must remain immobile for at least a month. A medical situation entirely unforeseen and beyond our control, still the hotel charged my father a month before the reservation 80% of his reserve payment after been a loyal customer of the hotel, denoting a tremendous lack of humanity and a quality of service far below what one would expect from this establishment. I will like to share this experience with all necessary parties, highlighting the lack of consideration and poor quality of service received by the hotel staff and direction,

Comme d'habitude... Voilà presque 7 ans que je passes 3 à 4 fois par ans à ,l'(Ibis de Jouy en Josas. Accueil toujours chaleureux. Chambre impeccable. Service plein d'attention. Même notre lévrier est bien reçu. Rien de changer depuis la 1ere fois. Merci. à l'équipe.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel avenant. Pas de restauration à proximité, mais une offre suffisante sur place (petites pizzas, plats réchauffés). Petit déjeuner parfait (mention spéciale aux oeufs brouillés). Totalement recommandé pour les déplacements professionel.s

Hôtel Ibis aux normes de l'enseigne. Un peu loin de tous commerces, restaurants mais il y a des petits plats et des pizzas corrects en vente à l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympathiques et accueillant. Parfait pour une nuit

Ci abbiamo passato due notti a metà giugno. L'unica pecca è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata, per il resto siamo stati molto soddisfatti, soprattutto per la location (sembra di essere piacevolmente sperduti in mezzo alla campagna) e per il piccolo giardino dove è possibile fare colazione. Personale molto gentile. Se dovessimo tornare dalle parti di Versailles, sicuramente ci torneremmo.

Tout d'abord cet hôtel est plutot calme dans la verdure. Parking gratuit. Excellent accueil du personnel. Chambres rénovées. Mais! Pas ee climatisation ! A ce prix? Inadmissible pour moi. Je ne comprends pas qu'ils laissent les couettes. Le ventilateur ne suffit pas.
