Comfortable Impossible to adjust the heating in the room

Very friendly, professional staff and good advisors. The only problem on show evenings is that there is no space in the parking lot because of spectators from the next room who come to park. Establishment which is not new but very clean and maintained inside.

Tired, older hotel with a recent paint job, well located beside the motorways on the outskirts of Tours. Supposed to be air conditioned but it turns out it is only switched on June to September. Very heat without it. Restaurant service highly variable depending on staff on duty. Food is standard Accor menu, very light on anything vegetable. Car park fine. Good enough for an overnight stay.

Conveniently located close to the A10 motorway this quiet and well looked after hotel has been often our go to for sleepovers. Kind and efficient reception and restaurant staff, good quality / value meals, quick service and newly renovated and quiet rooms. Only four stars as our bikes were stolen from our car rack.

Heading back to the ferry ports from the South West coast we decided to try the Mercure in Tours Sud. It is well located for road access and sits close a large lake with nice walks in nearby woods. The hotel itself was welcoming with a large car park, spacious rooms, a great breakfast (that included sausage, scrambled egg and bacon), and a nice pool and hammam area. No complaints at all.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite. We were a little disappointed with the menu as in previous years there has been more choice and the food more interesting. The area is calm and it is a lovely place to go for a walk before continuing our journey. We requested extra pillows when we booked the room but this wasn’t acknowledged and they weren’t available.

Excellent room-always-clean , tidy, quiet, everything we need is there for our night stay. Excellent staff-now like good friends to us, and always speaking excellent English. Delicious breakfast, as always, and good car parking.

Website says pets allowed. That is why we booked this hotel. Arriving there we hear pet is not allowed in the restaurant (which we can understand) and also not outside on the terrace which we cannot understand. We had to leave our dog inthe room which we dont like to do. Service in the restaurant:the waitress was ok, the waiter was very unfriendly. We ordered a gin tonic which was not served in the correct way and when we asked ice he was not very happy. Words like merci and svp where never used by this person. I will never stay in this hotel anymore.

Vitre cassée et vol de bagages sur parking sur la route des vacances.(nous n’avions pris que le nécessaire pour la nuit). Les vols sont récurrents selon employés, locaux qui utilisent les installations sportives ainsi que des policiers. Pas de vidéosurveillance et surtout aucune réponse à notre réclamation même négative, c’est très poli… Monsieur proche de la retraite aigri et hautain au restaurant, j’espère pour lui qu’il n’y aura pas de nouvelle reforme d’âge de départ à la retraite. Hôtel et piscine vieillissants mais correct. Voilà ma petite contribution due à la non réponse… Passez votre chemin

Nous avons passé un bon weekend qui a été malheureusement gâché lorsqu' on nous a réclamé une deuxième fois la taxe de séjour une fois lors de notre arrivé et une fois lors de notre départ. Lors de notre arrivée la réceptionniste nous a demandé si on voulait un reçu et j'ai dit que ça n'était pas la peine grave erreur de ma part quand on voit la suite. L hôtel aurait pu vérifier car la réception possède une caméra

Jamais déçus de Mercure, cependant les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Le personnel est très accueillant et les repas sont très corrects. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, près d'un lac et d'un grand espace de promenade, ce qui le rend encore plus au calme.

Hôtel confortable et au calme. Petit déjeuner ++, espace piscine ++ Très déçu du professionnalisme de l’équipe : - vol de chargeur dans la Chambre sans aucune suite donnée ou geste commercial - réclamation d’une note de restaurant alors que nous n’y avons jamais mangé. L’hôtel laisse des gens prendre commande et réserver sans vérifier l’identité puis ne croit pas ses clients. Il a fallu que nous fournissions une attestation bancaire pour que l’on nous croit.

Juste une nuit voyage d'affaires. Équipe super prestations à la hauteur, le plus la piscine. J'ai signalé néanmoins l inconfort du matelas, par comparaison, à l ibis styles, le lit était d'une meilleure qualité. En espérant que ça ne concerne que cette chambre ?
