A warm reception, comfortable clean room with air conditioning. The service at dinner was exemplary. Very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. We had a delicious meal and have to say after several disappointing meals on our trip this year, this was the best so far

Thérèse was very helpful even recommending restaurants and villages to visit. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon overlooking the beautiful countryside. We had a very good dinner at the hotel the first night. it was very chilly and the restaurant offered us blankets.

We stayed for 3 days in April and had a wonderful time. The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were VERY nice, helpful and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Le Joucas definetly has a good atmosphere! The dinner from the cozy in-house restaurant was absolutely amazing. At the time of this review; two months after our stay, my partner still dreams of their asparagus velouteé.

We were staying here to bike in the area. It was wonderful returning here each night. Inspired: The staff was excellent! Food: Great breakfast! 9 of us booked dinner here, beautiful location, lovely staff and very good food. Three of our party were vegetarians and were catered for very well. We all especially loved our desserts. Good value for money too. (I’d made earlier direct enquiries by email and received a very prompt and helpful reply.)

The Luberon hill town of Joucas is quiet, sleepy, and not touristy. This hotel, in the midst of a renovation, has spectacular views and will provide great spaces for experiencing Provence at its peaceful, beautiful best. The management and staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and they are working hard to bring the hotel's amenities up to new standards. Our early-in-the-season visit was memorable in only good ways, and we hope to return someday to see how they are doing once the work is completed.

Opinion Objective: Magnificent setting. Nice staff. Home/Server/Patrons and Patrone Beautiful swimming pool with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Lunch: Dietary salad, not very filling, however, offered by the establishment. Very good breakfast. Evening meal on the terrace in another setting at the back of the hotel is new and a very good initiative. Top waiter and chef. Room: that's the problem. Noisy unfortunately. No insulation. We hear everything. Noise in the hallway, toilet flushing, door noise. Loud toilet noise. Woke up in the night then 7:15 a.m. Water in the shower that goes from hot to cold for no reason and aging ceiling otherwise good bedding and clean. So I would say to conclude. Everything is top except the insulation of the rooms and a little ceiling refreshing in the bathroom necessary.
