There isn’t many hotels that has this many facilities in the area. It’s only 20 mins from Perast and about 40 from Kotor, so a good base for exploring the area. There is a free car park opposite the hotel. There’s isn’t loads of spaces, but we didn’t struggle in October. The hotel decor is nice, but some cheap fixtures eabd the bright green is garish, otherwise with everything else I think it would be a luxury hotel. Staff are super, so friendly and helpful on reception. I emailed in advance to say it was a belated anniversary and when we checked in there was a spa voucher and free champagne in the room, so lovely. the food and drink are pleasant also, but one lady serving the ice cream was very grumpy. Food and drink was good, lots of choices some options were a bit dry, but others were restaurant quality. But so many items to choose from you won’t go hungry. I didn’t even have a snack! The drinks were varied enough, even including mocktails. My hubby commented that the beer wasn’t very nice, but he still drank it. Lots of soft drinks to choose from. Rooms were big and nice that they provided shampoo and shower gel. Good balcony. Room was vaults noisy the first nice as could hear room noise and guests in the corridor. Filtered water machines outside were appreciated. Eve entertainment was a bit random in the congress centre out the way, but the cultural dancing was the best. The beach was nice, clean with lots of loungers and amazing views. Cost €20 cash to hire a pool towel, but you get your money back once you hand the towel in. Just make sure you have cash!! Didn’t have chance to use the pools but they looked clean. Spa was amazing, worth the €10 fee as the views overlooking the mountains are breathtaking. I would not recommend the massages though as they were expensive but but not very strong (despite asking fur casting massage!). Great hotel but bear it mind it does get very busy. Good to be all inclusive as no restaurants within walking distance.

Officially classed as a 4* hotel, I would personally rate it as a 2*. The rooms are OK and the best part was the very powerful rain shower. Bedding was not changed over a period of 7 days, and one day, I found a cockroach crawling under my pillow. The floor was not cleaned during our stay & having towels changed seemed not to be the normal practice. The heating in the room appeared to be centrally controlled with changing temperatures - too cold or too hot, when we would sleep with the balcony doors open. The controls in the room definitely did not work. Due to a poor choice of food, invariably served cold we ate out all of the time at super local restaurants where we were welcomed with polite & friendly staff. Many knew the bad reputation of this hotel and its local sister hotels. We travelled on local buses and the ferry and visited lots of different places. The weather was wet and cold so we really needed to end our day in a nice, warm & welcoming hotel, which unfortunately this hotel is far from. We would have liked to use the indoor swimming pool but it wasn't heated & the area resembled a holiday camp. As it was part of a prepaid organised trip, we stuck it out. Far from what we are used to and never again. However, we will visit Montenegro again, but definitely not this hotel.

Strange Hotel, no soul, felt like a hospital . It appears that the positive reviews on this property are not real. The hotel bears no resemblance to the reviews. The hotel is cold and uninviting. You are forced to wear wristbands to distinguish you from other guests depending on what your meal service is or even if you are room only. This process is strictly enforced. Some staff members are extremely rude and treat guests with total distain. The. Meal programmes were not as sold to guests .Many items were not available. The food was cold, repetitive, and lacked any nourishment. They were strict regulations regarding the level of soiled towels. If the towels were particularly dirty, there was a charge to the guests . The car parking fee was €15 per day. Room inspections took place at random to check if guests had brought any drinks or any food into the room. One guest had a warning letter issued to them. an older couple with strict dietary needs. There was an atmosphere of fear around the property. Speaking with many local restauranters, the property is well known for poor food and strange service. The guests we spoke to were extremely upset and disappointed with the property. It was an experience we will never forget. The leadership was totally unresponsive. So guests reported gastric issues, and some were confined to their rooms . Please be careful if you ever have the misfortune to stay at this hotel.

We had a few reservations after reading some of the reviews before we arrived, but most we found to be unfounded. The staff were polite, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean and modern with a fabulous seaview. There was always something tasty to eat but as I find with most all inclusive if you like your food hot use the microwave. The fresh omlettes were great and we found the fresh bread and soup was lovely. We booked some excursions through Fram who explained the guide would be in French. We were OK with this. The trip to Budva and Porto montenegro, they sat us at the front of the coach so she could explain the trip details to us in English. On the Blue cave trip and Kotor boat trip he spoke good English and explained the trip meeting times and we felt very included. Our trip was to celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary so the hotel left a lovely bottle of sparkling wine in our room, a very nice touch. Yes the hotel is mainly for French guests, but we didn't want to do activities during the day so this didn't bother us at all. The only negatives I can say is the cocktails are bad, and as I have been to Croatia a few times, I knew their cola is awful but I just supply my own from the local supermarket. The beer is peroni and all the spirits were fine. A trip to Herceg Novi is just 1 euro each way on the bus directly outside the hotel and is a lovely place to visit.

As a British couple in our early thirties we were apprehensive after reading some reviews, however, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable overall. Pros: rooms were very clean and modern, waterfall shower, good size overall. The decor of the hotel was also nice, and spacious. The drinks (beer and white/rose/red wine) were on tap for you to pour from 10am and wine glasses/330ml Coca Cola glasses are available to use. There was plenty of food and it was replenished often. The staff were mostly friendly. There was entertainment on at night (live singers or music playing), and some entertainment during the day for children. The hotel has a private beach, which was a good size so you don’t need to fight for a sun bed at any time. The beach also offers free paddle boards to use. The hotel has an excursion provider and the prices are reasonable - the excursions change day by day so i recommend checking these out as soon as you arrive. On each floor there was a water fountain with cold, filtered water so you could fill up any bottles. They provide you with a jug in the rooms too for this purpose. If you spend a bit extra for a sea view room, the views onto the bay are just amazing - I would recommend this. Cons: the food, though a fair selection, was not always of a good quality. Very average pasta/meat/veg dishes. On most days the meat dishes were very overcooked, and the pasta was quite bland. Having said that, they do have a whole array of seasoning to add to dishes which I have never seen before, and my partner commented that one particular lamb dish was very good, so I would say ‘hit and miss’. There wasn’t much variety between the food served at lunch and at dinner. Be prepared to queue as the actual hot food area was relatively small, and there are a lot of guests. There is a terrace for drinks only but I think this could be nicer, it is just the same standard basic chairs/table but maybe a sofa or two would be nice to include, which would improve the feel overall. The cocktails included with all inclusive were mostly undrinkable. I would recommend the Carine Hotel cocktail or a pina colada - they have a machine which makes the cocktails in a second, but the spirits used are very low quality, which is a shame. The beach does not have sand, only gravel, including into the water too so make sure to bring sea shoes (they can be bought at the hotel gift shop for €10 too!). The indoor pool is fine, the outdoor pool is small and used mainly by children. The aircon in our room, while it worked, felt more like a fan. At night, there would be one cool area (at the end of the bed), and everywhere else was hot. I struggled to sleep well due to this but I accept it could be worse. Location wise; there is really not much about in walking distance at all. There is a ***** along the front with a few nice restaurants/cafes (around 4 - Bura was nice), and a small shop approx 10 min walk away, but other than that, we struggled. Most of the ‘main attractions’ are o

We were sent to this hotel for the “relaxing week in a 4 star hotel” as part of our trip with RSD Travel Agents. It was in no way 4 stars, I would be hard pushed to even offer it a 2 star status. It was run more like a military establishment, with all the rules of does and don’ts. The food was disgusting, breakfast a particular nightmare. Boiled eggs black when peeled, trays of half cooked cold fried eggs brought out from somewhere. Not even any fresh cooking although there was a “show cooking” hot plate. Lunch and dinner was always pork or chicken, shortage of decent vegetables. Deserts never varied, there was no ice cream. There was an absolute ban on any foodstuff in the lounge area. Don't even attempt to take a dink up to the bedroom. We paid for the “Premium All Inclusive Package” £288 each. Daylight robbery, the only spirits were local whisky, vodka, gin and some sort of rum, that was it, nothing else, so like it or lump it. The wine was drawn from a big plastic barrel, no variety, take it or leave it. The glasses were washed in a dishwasher at the excuse for a bar, and there was such a shortage of them, you would often have to wait for the dishwasher to be emptied and the glasses were red hot. If you wanted a kettle for your room, that was an extra £10 for the week. The indoor pool was filthy, the filters were not working. The gym wasn’t open. Complaints were met with couldn’t care less attitudes. There was a price list of everything in your bedroom with the replacement price for anything you damaged e.g. £40 for the tiny peddle bin in the toilet. Also, £10 if you lost or broke the keycard. All in all, we were treated with disdain

The good parts: The location of the hotel and surroundings of Montenegro were gorgeous. The view of the mountains and the bay from our room and the hotel itself were very picturesque. The room was a good size, bright and airy with a balcony. The sauna and steam rooms were lovely and the hot tubs over the bay were nice too (even if one was a bit cold). I had a massage and the masseuse was lovely and the massage itself was very relaxing and great value for money. The bad parts: The room came with a partially made bed. There was only a flat sheet on top of a bare mattress. A duvet cover was left folded on the bed but we had to make it. When refreshed the bed was not remade only fresh towels placed on it. We spilt something on the sheet and it was not replaced for the rest of our stay. Once we had a do not disturb sign on the door which was ignored at 8am. This woke us up when staff continually knocked only to hand us an envelope which was not urgent. The food was cold, we tried different meal times/waiting for fresh food to replenish and it was still cold. When we raised it as a concern, we were told there was a microwave if we wanted to heat it up. (unacceptable for a 4* hotel). When we complained the staff insinuated I was lying and that it was our problem. The cocktails were at times undrinkable, some food was not "all inclusive" and was greatly restricted. Snack bar was stale pastries left over from breakfast. Entertainment was all geared towards french speakers. €20 deposit for a towel at an all inclusive stay was excessive.
