Modern 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home built in 2020 • Lightening-fast cable internet • Efficient central AC/heat • Open kitchen and living area • Decorated with clean aesthetics and natural light throughout • Game room with a pool table, a ping pong table and a foosball table Outdoor Amenities • Wood-burning fire pit featuring a BBQ grate for live-fire grilling • Hot tub to unwind and rejuvenate • 3 hammocks for a pleasant stargazing experience • Covered patio with outdoor dining table and lounging area • Views of the sunrise and desert mountain Guest Access • Guests will have exclusive access to the home. A secondary bedroom closet and a hallway closet will be locked during the stay; a clothing rack with hangers are provided in the secondary bedroom.
