Nice location out of the main town Very close walk to the beach and good views. Still able to walk into town via beach or road for meals Rooms are simple but very clean Staff is very helpful and can speak decent English Decent but small spa. Nice breakfast. Very nice adult only infinity pool

What a great place to retreat in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Great location, away from hustle and bustle of tourist trails. Wonderful beach within hand's reach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fantastic on site restaurant and bar with amazing menu. Super friendly and helpful hotel staff. Highly recommended.

Very Nice, Upscale rustic hotel with a pool, a lovely garden where they have a bonfire at night, a casual restaurant, and a tiny but decent gym and spa. In high season it’s quite overpriced, but so is every hotel in Jose Ignacio. overall it was a very positive exlerience

So many good things to at but will start with the incredible staff. As Americans new to Uruguay, we had a lot of questions and requests. Every single staff member was so genuinely friendly and took care of everything we needed from surf lessons to horseback riding at the Estancia to taxis — even responding quickly to texts or WhatsApp when we were out. Wait staff and bartenders were wonderful to us and our children. The property is lovely, intimate and tranquil. Rooms were spacious. Great water pressure in showers. Delicious restaurant with views of the ocean. Easy short walk on a dirt road to the beach. Kids enjoyed ping pong, fire out, etc. José Ignacio is a wonderful beach town with incredible natural beauty, amazing restaurants, and very few shops/commercialism.

Wonderful stay at Anastasio Beach Resort. We were 5 couples of friends. The place has several cozy outdoor spaces and is about a block away of a spectacular beach.The place is gorgeous. Simple and in good taste. Staff was very Friendly and helpful. Maite at the reception was exceptional. Breakfast was very good with fresh pastries. Had a wonderful couple of days. Thanks

Súper cómodo, a pasos de #playabrava y @elchiringojoseignacio El hotel es súper adecuado para familias, pero además tiene un sector (piscina y jacuzzi) exclusivo para adultos, que lo disfrutamos un montón con momentos de descanso y full relax 🙌🙌🙌 @elbotero.restaurant cumple perfectamente con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea perfecta, incluso nos prepararon unos pisco sour de primera 👏👏👏😋🥂 Personal extremadamente amable y atentos 🥰 Súper felices de la elección! (No usamos el spa, pero hay masajes varios disponibles)

Malísimo plan familiar. Los chicos los pueden usar la piscina. No hay nada de lo que dice la web. Ni las cabalgatas, ni la estancia. La mitad de lo que esta en la carta no hay porque ya se termina la temporada. Asique conclusión no vengan ni marzo porque se ve que como ya cierran no quieren comprar, y no vengan en familia porque los niños lo piedra estar en el mismo lugar que los padres. Un fiasco.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos dias en Jose ignacio Reservamos por 7 Dias y extendimos 3 días mas. La ubicación es perfecta a metros del mar, con servicio de playa. La ambientación y parquizacion es justa para un hotel de playa, super cálido y fresco. Las habitaciones amplias , completas y luminosas. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la impecable atención de todo el personal, siempre fueron muy amables y gentiles. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, la atención de mari todas las mañanas estuvo mas que excelente, Tomas el gerente estaba en todos los detalles y camila en la recepción impecables. Gracias por hacernos pasar unos dias perfectos Sin duda volveremos
