Hotel is ok. I have stayed for 2 nights. Food taste is good. Room service is ok. In every aspect hotel is average.

Food is ok but over price as per quality and quantity. Secondly the room they have provided us was ok but there was a problem of drainage system in bathroom. And the main door lock was not working in both the room. We had to ask for electric kettle. There was a problem of parking facilities as well. They also need to improve there buffet breakfast too

Pleasant stay in city and food quality was also good it's a complete veg hotel and restaurant located in middle of city and easy access to every corner of city.

As per the rate ratio, the hotel doesn't provide the services. The linens are damaged and they are used to serve guests.

The rooms where neat & clean the service was good but the only problem was the dining area. It was not clean at all. Also the furniture were all old with lot of stain marks on chairs i don't know but i didn't like it. Rest all was good

Floors were cleaned well. Rooms ' bathrooms were stinking, exhausts were not working. We changed rooms twice because of this issue. The third room we got did not have bathroom issue but the bedding was giving foul smell, may be because of moisture in the room. Overall so so experience.

Here’s the revised review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The most significant issue is the lift, which hasn't been working, and the staff seems clueless about when it will be fixed. Additionally, the service phones are unreliable and often don't work. Cleanliness is also a major concern; we found a cockroach running through the breakfast spread in the morning, and the rooms were not up to standard. On top of that, many functions on the AC remote didn't work, and several lights in the room were out. Overall, it was not a good experience.
