I booked 4 suite room for 3 days. One room has strong smoke smell, we have to downgrade to standard room with compensation, one suite with heat/ac power for the entire stay, one suite without microwave, one suite has running flush toilet every 5 minutes. During the stay, the hotel running out of clean towels for the guests. This hotel condition is worse than some motel

This place is nasty. Toilet about to overflow in first room when we walk in. Girl at the desk offers me a plunger... We moved rooms. Keys didn't work at next room. Came back. Off to 3rd room now. Smells like **** up and down the hall. Coffee pot had dried coffee in it, microwave didn't work, no trash can. Rooms old, outdated, smell strange. Girls at front desk weren't exactly professional.

No phones in the rooms no remotes for the tv Internet doesn’t work no matter how you try to sign on, and a clueless front desk associate I won’t be booking here again ever!!!

We were at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Someone continued to bang on the door going to the outside and yelling several times during the night. Wasn’t a restful night. The hotel is tired. The bed comfortable.

The facility looked aged but solid - nice location. The bed was very comfortable and clean - it was obvious the cleaning crew know their craft. The climate control is modern where you just set temp and it heats or cools as necessary.
The room did show its age (door deadbolt did not work, door stop broken, cracked tiles, shower head floated atound, and water flow from shower head not consistent) but it was clean.
The breakfast is very rudimentary so don't expect much.

We arrived at 3:00 to check in, and there was literally not one single staff person present. We waited an hour and a half, and called every number we could find until someone finally answered and came over to try to help us. There was also no breakfast the next morning with no explanation from the front desk zombie girl who showed up at some point during the night with her poor baby who screamed bloody murder all night. I felt so sorry for that baby.
The hotel was literally abandoned when we got there…
We thought the rapture had happened.

Fair room for the price. If you’re looking for a clean place that’s reasonable, this on will fit the bill. Might be lacking on a couple things but over all not bad.

Room okay, but the toilet was malfunctioning. Probably a bad flapper, and it ran all night long.
