Hotel muy bonito, el personal súper atento comida muy buena, la terraza muy agradable, con vista hermosa, muy céntrica, las habitaciones básicas son cómodas, los baños muy bien cuidados, el hotel cuenta con alberca a media cuadra pero te llevan en carrito de golf

Desde el momento que hice la reserva, todo excelente, el lugar está tal cual como en las fotografías. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con el tipo de habitación que había reservado pero Omar no dudo en ayudarme, súper eficiente y siempre muy amable. Noemí nos ayudó con el cambio de cuarto y todo muy bien. En mi experiencia reservamos una cena romántica, el staff del restaurante también es súper amable y qué decir del desayuno, Erika nos dio una excelente atención. El desayuno continental estaba incluido en mi reserva, muy rico y ya estando ahí aprovechamos para pedir del menú chilaquiles y omelette. Fuimos de escape romántico a Nukari y sin duda volveríamos, buena relación calidad y precio. Gracias también a Jovani que me atendió todo el tiempo por teléfono, me gustó mucho mi estancia y me hubiese gustado quedarme más días. Espero en mi siguiente visita aprovechar el spa.

Excelente hotel para relajarse muy tranquilo, sus instalaciones impecables, su comida es riquísima en todos los sentidos, el servicio por igual se los recomiendo al 100%, el spa es una maravilla es de primera se los recomiendo.
