O hotel mantém o padrão executivo da rede: prático e ideal para quem está de passagem. Contudo, a experiência teve alguns pontos altos e outros que poderiam ser melhorados. Destaque absoluto para o funcionário Jonas, do restaurante, que realmente faz a diferença. Sua simpatia, disposição para ajudar e habilidade em criar uma atmosfera acolhedora são excepcionais. Ele transforma uma refeição simples em uma experiência especial e merece todos os elogios – e, quem sabe, até um reconhecimento extra. Já no check-in, o atendimento deixou a desejar. A pessoa que me recebeu não demonstrou a mesma boa vontade que os outros funcionários, o que impactou negativamente a primeira impressão. O café da manhã é sempre um ponto forte da rede, com itens frescos, saborosos e bem preparados. A localização do hotel é excelente, bem no centro de Joinville, com fácil acesso a shopping, restaurantes e outras comodidades. Além de ser vizinho a um supermercado que fica aberto até as 22h. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, mas acredito que um atendimento mais acolhedor no momento da chegada faria toda a diferença para alinhar a experiência ao padrão de excelência que o Ibis costuma oferecer.

Excelente hotel. Os atendentes são muito gentis. No restaurante o jantar muito bom feito pelo Chef Ralph que fez deliciosas comidas. A atendente do restaurante, Vanessa, muito atenciosa e eficiente, fazendo com que nossa experiência se tornasse muito boa.

Nota 10 para a sugestão do Chefe Ralph (17/12), hoje foi dia de Arroz à Grega. Quem tiver oportunidade aproveite a sugestão. Hotel bem localizado e com um café da manhã excelente. Apesar de ter ar-condicionado nos quartos, os mesmos poderiam ser atualizados por modelos mais silenciosos.
