High price, low service
Horrible. The room was supposed to be one twin or queen bed, they gave me two single beds.
The room door in both rooms we used had issues to be opened - had to call the staff to learn how to open it and it was very annoying.
The room was very clean but it was so old. A tiny TV with a horrible image in a low level, hard to watch from bed.
There was a window air conditioner very noise.
The whole place was noisy. Upstairs rooms were something like dragging heavy furniture or rocks, there was people on the hallways speaking out loud at night and workers on the daytime.
It is very well located and the breakfast was fair, but far from a good one considering the price for the night.
The staff is weird. One night the guy on the front desk vanished and in the garage same thing. You need to look for them by yourself.
Long history short, not worth the money.

Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet.
The restaurant & staff were pleasant. Pool area nice. The hotel surroundings needs mayor fixings. Anything from abandoned buildings & places with graffiti.

Eu prezo muito pelo conforto, não precisa ter luxo, mas tem coisas que não podem faltar para uma boa experiência. Ficamos no 5⁰ andar, a acústica do quarto é terrível, se ouve todo o barulho na avenida, de madrugada são muitas motos, impossível ter uma noite tranquila de sono. Fiquei em um quarto com 2 sacadas, a porta é fácil de abrir e o guarda corpo da sacada muito baixa, risco de acidentes(fui com 2 crianças) muito medo. Vedação das portas para a sacadas não tinham, muito vendo, frio demais entrando no quarto. O café da manhã é péssimo, para um hotel desse porte, precisa melhorar urgente. Elevadores terríveis, demora demais, não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes, mais fácil usar escadas. Atendimento bom da recepção, meninos prestativos e rápidos tanto para checkin quanto para checkout.

Quarto muito barulhento, difícil para dormir devido proximidade com a rua e porta de acesso à sacada não tem Isolamento acústico. Com vista para o Shopping Muller. Quarto standard na ala antiga do hotel não vale o valor pago. Foi reformado porém esquadrias e cadeiras são antigas. Porta do banheiro não fecha. Guarda corpo da sacada muito baixa e apresenta risco, creio que altura não atenda normativas de segurança. Café da manhã ruim, bem “tocado”. Equipe da recepção bem atenciosa. Custo X benefício não vale a pena na ala mais antiga. Os outros 4 grandes hotéis da região e no entorno do shopping oferecem um Custo X benefício melhor. Garagem paga.

A estádia foi perfeita, o apartamento muito bom, o local de fácil acesso, tudo muito lindo e organizado, já na chegada fomos recepcionados pelo Arthur que foi extremamente educado, logo na sequência fomos tomar café da manhã, o rapaz da porta do restaurante extremamente educado, mas tenho que deixar um super elogio a Paulinia

Hotel velho. Pelo menos parte dele, como descobrimos depois. A parte dos fundos, separada por uma rampa, é de quartos velhos, sem padrões. Estávamos em grupo, e cada quarto apresentava sua peculiaridade. Em um quarto, não havia blackout nas janelas. No que havia blackout, a cortina estava toda esburacada. Algumas paredes não tem reboco. Em outros quartos, o banheiro é muito velho. Sem falar do ar condicionado barulhento ou que so ficava em uma temperatura, como o meu. O cafe da manhã é fraco, a sauna é paga a parte e por sessão. A Piscina é boa. Fiquei num quarto com varandinha, e isso foi a parte boa. Eu fiquei absorta ao saber que era um hotel da rede Slavieiro. As fotos nos sites de aluguel de quarto, não condizem com o que o hotel entrega.
