A sudden stay I found this hotel. Located nearby custom, same roll with city square. Indoor car parking provided with car lift. Room very big, clean.
Comfy bed, come with fans and air conditioning. Great stay and will come back again.

The room that we booked is for 3 adults and 1 child. 1 single bed and 1 king bed. The only lacking of amenities is no hand towel was provided. Ceiling fan in the room but you can’t adjust the speed of the fan as there’s no remote for you to control. Check in wise, fast and the staff was very helpful. Hotel location was good, 6mins walking distance to JB City Square. And for those foodie, lots of foods surrounding that area. Money changer just next to the hotel. The most thing that I like is the car park. Private parking using lift. Roughly 8 cars can park per floor and only accessible with your room key card. Which mean, you only able to access to your own car park level. Overall, was good.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Pasar Karat and City Square. Room was spacious. No breakfast provided - surrounded by eateries.

Hardware-wise definitely great! Good location and comfortable bed. Room wasn’t really quiet at night due to proximity to road and would be better to have a small sofa instead. Socket placement at the dressing table can be better. Overall a good stay!

Second time staying there and they didn't disappoint!
From the quick checking in and out with the friendly staff, and not forgetting the green plants welcoming us at the lounging area and in our rooms!
Z Hotel is located along Jalan Wong Ah Fook known for its wide array of delicious food! It's also a stone throw away from Jalan Tan Hiok Nee and Jalan Dhoby known for the food choices, vintage and thrift fashion shops and did I mention cultural experiences like the Johor Bahru Chinese Heritage Museum!
Back to the hotel, the decor really evokes a relaxing feeling and the view from the window is pretty spectacular!
Looking forward to our next stay there!

The hotel is clean, lobby small but clean and greeny outside the sitting area and of course the staffs are helpful.

Z Hotel is within 10 mins walk from city square which is very convenient. The lobby smell very nice. Check in & check out was smooth and fast. Hotel staffs were all friendly and smiley. And Z Hotel was very greenery, they plant nice pots of leaves for sale. Definitely will stay again next time.

Very good service (greeted with lots of smiles and all the staff rendered a lot of help to my elderly mother and aunt), be it carrying our luggages or hailing for our cab. The family room we booked had a great view as well, and all of the rooms were so spacious and clean! It was a walk from the checkpoint/city square, and so may not be super convenient if you have elderly with you unless you call for a grab over. Overall, would recommend a stay here! 👍
