A last minute booking for us and decided to stay at KSL hotel as we previously stayed before. Also there’s night market just right in front of KSL every Monday.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms are very spacious at 19th floor. As per our request, rooms are near to the lift. Thank you. Breakfast has variety of spread. Guess it is okay. Would like to feedback and suggestions to the hotel. Rain shower in the bathroom are good but waste a lot of water. May be can install normal shower heads too? The toilet floor is pretty slippery for our elderly parents. May be install hand bars for prevent fall would be good for elderly folks. Thank you.

Service: From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the service we received from different staff members was professional, polite and personable. Our room (942) was spacious, adequately clean, had comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a partial view of the sea, amongst others. It was lovely to have been able to sit by the window with a drink and take in the view while being grateful for the lovely room assigned to us. :) Breakfast: A self-service chicken noodle station was an interesting feature. Although it was self-service, the kind staff at the egg station went out of his way, literally and figuratively, to make me a bowl of yummy noods as soon as he discerned a culinary disaster was in the making courtesy of yours truly! That gesture of kindness, and many others from the rest, made this stay memorable and filled my heart with fondness for this place. BWH will not be a place I'd go to for a time of mall crawls, cafe hopping or even choice eateries. However, it's a place I'd return to for quiet rest, friendly and kind service that uplifts my soul, and maybe to flex my culinary inadequacies. Just changed my mind - I'll leave the culinary portions to the professionals instead. Oh, and do not miss out on the Healing Garden on the 7th floor. It's a lovingly and thoughtfully tendered private garden - one that will put a smile on your face regardless of your age. This is the first time I've been to a pool area that you'd enter after passing caged chickens, rabbits, birds and a garden that grows herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowering plants! ❤️ If you get to meet the brains behind this Eden, Mr Subra, do stop and have a chat with him. You'll be glad you did so. Fun fact - Mr Subra had named most, if not all, of the animals in his garden. Probably even named the arowana on the 5th floor! There you have it - Berjaya Waterfront Hotel - a place of kindness, healing and rest.

I have stayed at Grand Paragon countless times with my family and have always enjoyed our stay. This time, I went with a friend and our experience at Paragon Hotel was no exception. The hotel may looked dated but the cleaniless and friendly staff more than make up for it. My friend was impressed the spacious room. Breakfast spread is also good, though we skipped this round. Best of all, we got upgraded to a deluxe room. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in JB for a holiday.

Staying for a night only- Overall, more than satisfactory experience. Cleanliness was on par, could be better in maintenance, uses good quality stuff like sanitary, aircon and ceiling fan however could maintain them better. Location is pretty convenient if you only hang out here. Car park was very useful and safe, once parked till checkout, unless travel out of this area. All staff are friendly.

I had a 5-night stay at this hotel, and for the most part, everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service from check-in to housekeeping was consistent and professional. However, I found the breakfast selection quite limited, especially when compared to nearby hotels. A wider variety would certainly improve the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, on my final night, there was a leakage issue in my room. I was exhausted and looking forward to rest, but had to pack up and move to another room late at night. While the staff did assist with the room change, the inconvenience left a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay. I hope the hotel can improve on breakfast variety and conduct regular room maintenance checks to prevent such issues. With those improvements, it has great potential for a much better guest experience.

The room is clean and spacious, all is good is just some of the room amenities are not good which include the toiletries provided. 1) The toothpaste is in a packet form, difficult to use, and reuse. Also, the hand wash pump seems faulty soap is very difficult to squeeze out. 2) They only provide 1 hair wash gel, no conditioner. 3) In the shower area, there is no extra stand to put our own facial foam/toiletries. 4) The air conditioning in the living room is very cold, no matter how much adjustment is made with the remote. All these could be improved, hopefully the hotel takes into consideration all these feedback.

I stayed at Fives Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and it remains my top pick for 3-star hotels in JB — this is actually my fourth time here! Everything about the stay continues to impress me. The amenities and toiletries provided are comparable to those in a 4-star hotel, and I appreciated that two bottles of water were replenished daily. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread is generous and satisfying. The location is also a huge plus — it’s convenient, close to the customs, and within easy reach of shopping malls. All in all, a fantastic stay once again. Can’t wait to be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It offers an excellent price-quality ratio. It is in close proximity from KL Sentral (you can walk, but make sure you take the right exit not to cross the busy roads there). The frontdesk staff was courteous and professional, checkin was a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, very silent, and I slept like a baby. I did not try the breakfast though. So I will happily return here!

I recently stayed at a place and it truly earned its five-star rating; the facility was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. It's also conveniently located near a mall 🛍️, making it super easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The location itself is fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. Plus, the room service was impressively good, always prompt and the food was delicious. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it.
