A cheap and clean hotel, easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Not far to Johor Bahru city center and Sultanah Aminah Hospital. Restaurants are also plentiful in this area including a 24-hour convenience store. To get to Larkin Public Transport Terminal and Urban Forest Recreation Center is also close. Easy to book, seamless check in/out process for one-night stay We stayed in the Executive King unit. Very spacious and well equipped amenities (kitchen with fridge and kettle), many electrical sockets. Especially love the bidet with wash, dry, and seat warmer features! It looks like the electrical sockets and bathroom have been renovated recently. However the wardrobes in the kitchen and bathroom aren't so clean on the insides. The soundproofing is not so good, so can hear people in the corridor, rain, and traffic on the motorway outside loudly. Ok if you're a heavy sleeper, but probably will not suit light sleepers looking to get a good rest. No comments on the rest of the hotel amenities, restaurant etc. as it was closed for renovation at the time of our stay. We enjoyed a quiet, easy walk on the road through Kampong Muhd Amin to the restaurants and cafes located along Jalan Kolam Ayer (near Kolam Ayer Mosque). Overall ok as a basic accommodation for short stay on a budget

Simple hotel and clean hotel. The pricing is valuable only rm69 per days. We enjoyed staying over there for two night. Overall we are happy with the service and the hotel pricing. The housekeeping has sanitised each room even our extend room. Keep it up .Hope the hotel can add on lift will be better. This hotel has no lift remember the hotel located at second and third floor.

I originally booked a room with full sea view for two nights, but because I arrived very late, the room I booked was no longer available. I changed it to a three-room room with half sea view, and the equipment was relatively old. I had to walk around so late. After some reasoning, I just got a better three-bedroom sea view, but of course it's not as good as the full sea view I originally requested. But it's too late and too tired. I don't want to argue. The other problems are not big, I just want to book it. The full sea view is gone. Secondly, the transportation here is inconvenient. It is best to have a car or grab a car to get there.

The rooms are large and simple in interior but very clean. You can see the strait from your room, so you can relax. No toothbrush is provided. You can rent a hair dryer. The staff are very kind and polite. It seemed that time was flowing slowly and I was able to spend it comfortably. Since the reclamation work of the strait in front of the hotel has begun, I wonder if high-rise condominiums and shopping malls will be built and this view will change.

The apartment is clean and we got a nice high floor view. Looks like how it is in the pictures. :) Only con is that the shops are a 5 min walk away (unsheltered) and the master bedroom bidet is leaking a little. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much! :)
