"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."
"Hotel is near ksl mall & just a short ride from JB CIQ. Staff are friendly & always ready to help to any enquiries. I wish they would provide 2 keycards instead of 1.
Room is spacious & clean, we book the renovated room. The downside is that there is no iron & ironing board in the room. We need to call housekeeping for them to send those items to our room & it has to be returned back to them since its being shared around.
Breakfast is decent enough for the amount we paid.
Overall we'll return back to stay in the future."
"Informed the hotel via trip app that my partner is celebrating his birthday. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely birthday backdrop and a slice of cake. There is also a refreshing welcome drink to be redeemed at the top floor, where the pool is also located. Overall a lovey stay, except that be prepared that Sat-Sun weekends are packed."
"Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar.."
"I stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru and had a pleasant experience. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to KSL Mall and lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price and I would consider coming back again."
"The Management could improve better especially on cleanliness. Blanket & bedsheet got stain everywhere, blood & dirty stain. Curtain also very dirty (this should be taken in actions as the curtain is right beside the bed. Not hygienic). Toilet glass door also quite dirty looks like didn’t brush/ clean it for a long time.
Other than that, is ok for us. Thank you for the good services by the polite receptionist. To the management of The Jazz Hotel, please take this review positively as your Hotel location & services is good."
"For a 3-star hotel, it exceeds my expectations in various aspects. The room and toilet are spotlessly clean. Eventhough the buffet does not offer much options, but it is good enough for the price. It will be better if there are 1-2 more protein options. I like how they pay attention to the little details in terms of the room modern and colorful design, the dining area ambience which is comfortable to chill with a cup of coffee or tea. The convenience stall downstairs is also a plus point. I will come back again. Thanks."
"Our family booked this hotel was a last minute plan and lucky there’s a room that’s still available even though it’s far from the hotel that we want.
1) the room doesn’t provided with iron and iron board we have to call them and took them like few minutes to picked our call. They send them after 30 mins late and we are late for our dinner.
2) the iron wire, the tape the wire and plugs with a black tape to cover it. So when I used to iron my clothes, it’s not proper working and also I feel a lil electric shocks and not continue to use it.
3) my toddler has a sudden fever and we called up the receptionist to inform about we wanted an extra small towel and they acknowledge it. We called them at 2am and waited until 4am and we called them back again and they send us one shower towel instead. Mind you I was freaking worried about my child condition at that time of point.
4) weeks decided to extend one stay for few hours and I was told that late check out is until 6pm and there for will be rm 70 ringgits.
Another last minute plan changed, we decided to extend our stay until the next day but was told by one of the staff that we needed to book via Agoda apps to extend our stay instead of explaining saying that they csn deduct half of yhe amount instead of paying rhe full amount instead.
Already disappointed
5) the channels tv doesn’t have YouTube like normal ksl does.
6) don’t have any menus for us to order food for last mins hungry at night and wanted to order food my sick toddler but we used grab instead
7) the toilet böle been hearing annoying things like krik2.
Overall we don’t mind about location but the satisfaction wasn’t there at all
8) system to check in need to wait 15 mins at staff told us the system is lagging.
What a waste."
"I stayed at the FUJU homestay at R&F Princess Cove. Overall, the place was quite clean — the bedsheets were fresh, and the unit was tidy. However, the toilet flushing was quite difficult to use, which was a bit inconvenient, and the fridge wasn’t very clean when I arrived. Other than that, the location was great — it was easy to access R&F Mall, which made things convenient. With some small improvements in maintenance, this place could be much better."
"My husband's favorite hotel to stay whenever we're in JB.
There's a Halal Chinese Mee Tarik located besides the hotel
Pasar Karat ( Night Market ), open daily except for Mondays which is opposite of the hotel.
Walking distance to City Square, Komtar and Kotaraya.
We will be back again."

NNHTDSgoeswhereWe had a total of 9 pax (4 adults, 5kids) and we took the 4 bedroom apartment. 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms. We got the one on 45th floor. If ur afraid of heights like i am, the room we got is facing the causeway. So it wasnt that bad. The apartment is clean and feels very homey. The only downside as usual is the internet connection bcos its very near sg so ur internet will be back and forth with sg connection. TV has youtube and netflix. But no local channels. Below has mamak shop, minimart and laundry. We had a wonderful stay the kids didnt want to go home.
LLyon SimFirst of all, congratulations to Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru on its grand opening on 1st October! I’m glad to have the opportunity to stay here during my short staycation.
Overall, it was a great experience of the warm welcome and hospitality from all the staff could be felt throughout the hotel. We arrived around 7pm, and the check-in staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and he clearly explained the hotel facilities and layout to us.
The room design is modern and beautifully done, equipped with new furniture and amenities. However, one small issue we encountered was with the bathroom amenities such as the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel containers were attached to the wall with adhesive and one of them fell during our stay. It might be better to have them securely fixed to the wall to prevent this from happening, especially when the area is wet.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of food available, including several types of fresh fruit juice. The bakery bar and coffee section were slightly separate from the main buffet area, but one of the F&B staff kindly came over to our table to ask if we would like coffee or tea and personally served it to us. A thoughtful touch that made our morning even better.
Overall, a pleasant stay and a great start for Sheraton Hotel Johor Bahru. Wishing the team continued success, and I look forward to returning again soon!

AAnonymous UserFirst time with Ramada. Nice hotel apartment which is not far from the city. The area is quiet and with a very nice view from the apartment. The housekeeping did a very good job with the cleaning , providing clean towels etc. stayed for 3 nights and is easy to go anywhere since it is near the city. There are a few restaurants, cafes and local food around the hotel area which u can just walk. We did not take the hotel buffet. Just opp the hotel there is a local indian shop with good food. At the lobby there is also a small cosy cafe with good food and fantastic service by Naufal .
It is a very good stay and will come back if there's an opportunity. The price is reasonable . Recommended

RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

EEd.YThis was my second stay at this hotel. While I appreciate the convenient location, I did notice that the property could benefit from some maintenance and upgrades.
During my stay, the toilet sliding door was quite hard to open and close, the shower holder was leaking, and the hot water only lasted for a short while. When I checked with the maintenance team, I was informed that it was due to the small water tank and heater — perhaps this could be improved for guest comfort.
The room carpet felt a bit sticky, and the TV remote control wasn’t working properly for adjusting the sound. Overall, I believe with some refurbishment and better upkeep, this hotel could provide a much better experience for returning guests.
AAnonymous UserFuss free 1 night stay - we got a family room with a connecting door. Rooms and bathrooms were generally clean, however there were flies in one of the bathrooms & feedback given to the Front Desk was acknowledged with thanks. Bedlinen were clean & fresh, however some of the towels were a little old.
Overall we had a good night's rest & the close proximity to the JB CIQ is a plus.
