Check in took a while as there was only 2 counters open.
Clean room however sound proofing of room not too good - could hear fireworks from downstairs although i was on the 28th floor, and also people closing doors along the corridor.
Staff were friendly but front desk didn’t inform of facilities available or wifi details during check in, had to figure out ourselves.

Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum.

Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road

Location is superb. Host is superb. Sofa bed need to change. No more sponge. Toilet need to refresh. Old and not so clean: The rest is ok!

The room is very good, the surrounding environment is also good, the food court downstairs is not expensive, it's quite good. Especially Xiao Chen who received me was both considerate and professional, very good!

TThomas KohThe hotel was conveniently located right above Mid Valley Mall, which was a plus. However, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the room window was covered in algae and stains. The toilet also had stains, and the shampoo and body soap bottles in the toilet appeared old and had ugly stains around the bottle caps. To top it off, the gym cable machine was broken down.
Overall, might still come back to this hotel due to conveniency but will stay only for 1 night and not any longer.

GGuest UserWe really love the hotel from the facilities, to the service and the food, everything is worth the money!
As you enter the lobby, the kids can already play with the lego even if we haven't checked-in as we were waiting for the check-in time.
The room is very spacious and the best part of it is there is a separate room, bed and tv for the adults and the kids, which is a plus point because we had so much space to sleep and of course there is PEACE (for the parents out there) hahaha!
The kids also got excited with the treasure hunting, which they have to find the code for the lock of the box and they got lego sets as treasures.
There is a variety of food during the breakfast buffet (2 adults & 2 kids included for free in the booking, which is really good as we don't need to pay extra).
The food was delicious and our kids (surprisingly) love it!
The service is excellent and we had no problem dealing with the staff from the check-in to check-out.
We definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely go back!

Bathroom design is a little weird as water would splash into the ”dry” area without a door there.
Breakfast is modest with a mini salad bar, some hot food, cereal, bread, juices, and coffee!
Overall, it was very worth it at the price point!

OOmmi LeeThis was my fourth time booking this hotel. Check-in was quick with no delays. I arrived early and was tired, so I requested an early check-in. To my surprise, the receptionist allowed us to check in early. Thank you to that lady for accommodating us! The shopping area was right below the hotel, making it very convenient, with just a few minutes' walk to find anything I needed. I will definitely come back again.

NnotreveFantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size.
As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side.
Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.

During sahur the hotel still sent to our room 2 set sahur breakfast. Need to call reception counter to request another pax. Hermmm

JJoeTmVery basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.
