Lift system not the best too with 3 lifts up the guest rooms but 2 was down in the peak period of the morning"

"I was amaze at new york hotel... it has change alot since my last stay...that was before covid..it got super better...the food spread were awesome the taste was super delicious and the hotel room look cleaner then Before....it worth my money spend....
But reception on Saturday wasnt pretty lenient...i wasnt allowed to change a few things which i feel is a need for me...
I need to change from bathtub to shower as i cannot climb over it and cant change the king bed to 1 single...
And a few more... sooo i hope i can be explained why now the hotel cannot accommodate at all for a little bit changes..."

Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road"

A comfortable bed and a nice seaview too. They also provide a kitchen , microwave and need to clean up rubbish before leaving the room.
The only thing if possible at trip.com auto message can go to which block to wait, because from phase one walk to phase two really A bit far, especially my room which is ** . If driving is still ok but when the walk really will be lost.

We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

LLindaReception Service was friendly, just slow and steady. Our small for 2 single beds were pretty small but good enough for 2 x 20 inch luggages. It has the basic amenities in the room including a very small safety deposit safe except no fridge. The shower head is fixed to the wall which some guests will prefer not to have. Recommended for short stay only.

PpoericMy two-night stay at KSL Hotel & Resort was absolutely fantastic, especially thanks to the breathtaking city views from the top floor! Waking up to a panoramic skyline and ending the day with glittering city lights was an unforgettable experience.
The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and large windows that made the most of the stunning vista. The service was excellent w friendly staff, quick check-in, and housekeeping kept everything pristine.
The resort’s amenities were a huge plus easy access to KSL Mall, a refreshing pool and great dining options nearby made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a great location, amazing views, and top-notch comfort, KSL Hotel & Resort is a perfect choice. 5/5 stars.

Located exactly opposite the Aeon mall, you just need to walk across the pedestrian crossing.
McDonald's is beside the hotel, burger king is opposite. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel within 2-5 minutes walk.
The hotel is dated, with a very basic room, although they have swimming pool & gym. It is not your holiday resort kind of hotel.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

JJensonV8 hotel is around 25 mins drive from checkpoint. Location is not bad with Macdonald’s and KFC nearby, there are also a few kopithiam and cafe (eg Larkopi)10 mins away away. There is a dim sum restaurant across the road, opens at 10am (but google maps and restaurant signage says open at 7am) and their staffs are not punctual so waste of time.
Only reason why I chose this hotel is they have a mini water playground and they have family suite with 2 beds for family of 4 (we have 2 young kids)
I will not come back again as I found a few cockroaches in the room :)

SShonniaThe location is really convenient to jb central,but there is no free parking,parking rm20/days..room quiet big,the cleanliness really need to improve,the toilet bowl got stains,the dust is everywhere..the bathroom got so many black stain..overall,still ok to stay for a short stay👌
