Easy to check in. Good Location where you can get food and drinks easily. Unit comes with 1 free parking spot. The water pressure is top notch!

The apartment was pleasantly clean, basic amenities were provided (toothbrush/towels/hairdryer), rooms were spacious and location was convenient. The AC was super cold (we do enjoy a good functional ac!)
Would be nice if we had another set of card keys (as sometimes me and my husband splits up to travel out).
Overall a very pleasant experience. My children enjoyed their stay very much too!

Overall is good, location is good, nearby CS and Komtar, walking distance.
Information and details are clear, will inform us where to collect the keys, check in check out time, how to use the amenities and else.
Our room is at level 17, 2 bedroom and 2 toilet, all are clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this suite easily passed the mark. I walked on barefoot and no stain! It’s even cleaner than a 5-star hotel. Pillow, bedsheet are all clean.
It’s a serviced apartment type and so no meal is provided but city square is within 5 minutes.
