Hotel lobby and room were bright and clean. Bed linens were clean and neat. The staff upgraded my booking to Deluxe room, and higher floor, very happy for this. Location is excellent, near shopping malls and CIQ.

Citrus Hotel is well located in JB centre. Many food outlets, shopping malls are within 10 min walk from the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean but had no window. Even with all lights turned on, it was a little dim. No major complaints for the price we paid.

As usual...but this time im not satisfied for the room they gave me ..a bit dirty.. aircond not so cold even at night.. please upgrade your aircond system.

Location was really near to jbcc, a few minutes walk. Below hotel, there's burger ramly store to cure your night cravings. I had booked a room with 2 single beds but they gave a room with a King bed. Room was clean. However, the chair in my room had one of the leg broken. But they tried to fix it by drilling the screw in so it will stabilise. Stayed for a night, it was cheap so it's okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It offers an excellent price-quality ratio. It is in close proximity from KL Sentral (you can walk, but make sure you take the right exit not to cross the busy roads there). The frontdesk staff was courteous and professional, checkin was a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, very silent, and I slept like a baby. I did not try the breakfast though. So I will happily return here!

The hotel is very close to JB Sentral Station, which is very convenient for traveling to Singapore, returning to Senai Airport, or going to the ferry port. There are also many stores and restaurants next to the hotel.
I think the washroom door needs improvement because when I took a shower, the glass door couldn’t close properly, and water kept splashing out.

Hotel located very near city square jb. Walking distance to ciq. Lots of foods nearby.
Hotel is simple and ckean. A bit old but still ok.

Location is excellent - across the road from City Square Mall. Room is reasonable large and clean. Do note that it does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. My room did not have face towels too.
