The hotel environment is not very good, the elevator speed is super slow, it takes a long time to wait, it may take more than 10 minutes to get up and down, it is too close to the swimming pool, it is very noisy, no matter what time there are people. If you are a family, you may stay there, not recommended for two people

The house is very dusty and we need to wash the utilities before use. The vacuum cleaner also very dirty. Will not come back to stay in this unit again.

This property has been well kept and maintained, and communication is great between the owner and the guest. The floor is too “slippery” presumably after the waxing and it’s a hazard concern. Other then that all is good

There is a strong smell in Room 3315 n hv informed their cleaner about it after checking out. Not sure if action has been taken. The quilt is thin and not thick enough. There are 2 queen beds. The lower one is not so comfortable. Other than these, the only thing I find good is the washing machine that we can use to wash our clothes and the view is awesome
