As with other reviews, unfortunately, there are crockcoaches in the room in my stay as well. The bed is too hard, pillow is too soft, overall not a good night sleep experience. The hotel overall requires to invest more into renovation and pest control. First and the last time for me as well.

Clean and big room. Nearby to a park, many eateries, massage shops and Aeon mall.
Limited varieties for breakfast though sufficient to fill up your stomach.
Overall, value for money.

Hotel room was clean and the amenities are available as what is indicated and advertised. There are many eateries nearby which are within walking distance. AEON bukit indah is just across the road and 24hrs Macdonalds is just next door.

Very good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's.
But Facilities wise is not ideal.
Gym very small, only got 4 equipments.
Located on ground floor and outside hotel.
Swimming pool also just next to the GYM.
You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM.
Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities.
If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby.
10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available...
Food wise is fair.
Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers...
Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark.
Toilet glass door silicon already gone.
Face towel not provided.
Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

Hotel location is good which right opposite AEON Bukit Indah. But the room is very small and the cleaness was bad with lights not working. Sound prof is super bad and there was customer smashing the door 7am in the morning and no one from hotel cares. The swimming pool is as big as the bath tub and the gym room is smaller than a washroom and right in front of the dinning area with least privacy. Child breakfast is not FOC, staff are very rude and unfriendly. This is the first time staying here and gonna be the last time too. Overall, it is not worth the money paying for.

Oversall stay was good. Plumbing system need abit of improvement. Drain was very slow for shower area. Breakfast was nice. Carpark has ample space even coming in late. Room has enough space to move about. Not very crampy. Our View was aeon tebrau.
