KSL Hotel & Resort Reviews

Haha~ remember to take the photos when I enter the room. Check in/out is convenient and fast. Location is the best. The first choice when I visit in JB.

The hotel is in a good location within the KSL shopping mall and the room is spacious. However, the carpet along the corridor on the 13th floor which we stayed was really stinky. We had to hold our breath to walk back to our room which was at the extreme end of the corridor.

Check-in and out process were easy and fast. Room looks clean but ants were spotted. Bed and one pillow were stained.

Booked 3 room for 8pax. Each room got 1 queen size bed and a single bed. Easy to access to the hotel and mall.. very convenient as there's many food outside the hotel.

Room is nice and all hardware facilities is good. However, receiption phone number and housekeeping number are not shown in the room. Reception service is under standard as I talked to the staffs and suddenly another staff interrupt for other bussiness. As I requested to book a taxi early in the morning, the reception said no such service. Overall is fine but staffs need more training.

Every mon we can enjoy the night market there. Room ok but too noisy in the morning cant sleep and the aircon is not cool and warm

We stayed for 2 nites in KSL. The day we arrived the connecting room key was faulty. After they repaired we still stay in the same room. But then we had the experience the same room door faulty. Took us few hours to wait for them to repair. The front manager promised for the discount on room on the next visit to compensate the ordeal. But then M still waiting for the email! The elevator was slow too. One thing good about the hotel is the location is still the best.

One room have mosquitoes, my bro caught at least 5. Another room, remote control out of battery. A guy came but refuse to change, tested & say no problem. But after he left, the control fails to on the tv, had to find the manual button on tv to on.

Dis is my 1st time choosing apartment for my families holidae trip...seriously itz very clean n tidy..itz so big..im veri satisfied and happy wt the apartment..will book again in future for our holidae trip...🥰🥰💜💜💜👍👍👍👍👍

Location of the hotel is plus. Room is slightly not well kept. Found cockroaches inside the room, called house keeping and they kept cockroach killer. The safe was not working. Called house keeping to fix it again. Left one bag in the hotel and unable to retrieve it. Message many times via WhatsApp. Keep saying checking but there is no updates from them. Dirty window glasses

Got myself a king bedroom. Was allocated in tower 2 level 25 with a nice scenic view overseeing the city. Room is spacious with a bathtub attached.

Booked this hotel for pasar malam at night. It is a very crowded in hotel lobby and outside the hotel Linked to KSL shopping mall. Nice shower foam, shampoo. Provide room slippers. Quick fixed when we reported aircon not cold. Tower 2, high floor and surprise the room is pretty new. Only bad experience is the fridge was wet and very smelly. Breakfast buffet is nice. Easy to grab around. Enjoy our stay, shopping and eating in JB.

Lovely stay with family at KSL Hotel❤️ Great location with many eateries and shops nearby. We are greatly blessed with a newly renovated room on high floor with smart TV and great view. Will definitely stay at this hotel again! 🫶🏼🇲🇾

KSL had improved alot since my last stay few months back. Check in was smooth & the reception was very friendly as really welcoming me back. The room was clean only thing the aircon cannot be adjusted. Breakfast had improved alot & we really enjoyed the spread.
