Convenient location near to KSL mall and nearby eateries and massage. Room is clean but toilet looks old and dated. Air-conditioning is weak. Room is near the lift and so slightly noiser with the 'Ding' sound when guests used the lift in the middle of the night and early morning. Overall good price, decent hotel and good location.

The lobby have a few mosquitoes and quite dusty. Breakfast was average, room is pretty small, pillow have a smell. Cleanliness is still decent.

The hotel lacks key card for traveller to access their amenities. For example, I only have one key card while our room have two guest. That means when I access the gym, my girlfriend can’t access the pool. A big downfall in my opinion. Other than that most services are okay.

Loving the huge bed here. Everything was clean. They do have bathtubs in each rooms. So don’t forget your bath bombs. Breakfast was tasty, huge spread. Near KSL. Super convenient

The hotel room looks like renovated not too long ago, we had a pleasant stay, definitely will come back.

The hotel room was nice, and there's a cafe on the first floor with great food. The gym was okay, but the equipment was old. The location wasn't great because there wasn't anything nearby if you like to walk.

Breakfast not much variety .prata not really nice .curry is good.no fish or chicken dishes.only hotdog and beef patty
Certain floor not in use and dusty smell.should out up notices in the lift .
Hotel room is ok .toilet flushing mus press long the button a hassle .

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast because there were salted eggs to go with the porridge and cut fruits were kept in the fridge. Was delighted to learn that there will be salmon for its Christmas buffet.

Amazing room with friendly staff. Managed to check in early.Spacious and clean room on the high floor. No bad feedback.It was a lovely stay for us. loved it much ! Will stay there again in future.

They didn’t even change the bedsheet from the previous occupant.Lights keep flickering toilet was dirty. Location is quite far from food places. 10-15 min walk to ksl. Will not recommend.

Not really fantastic. The shower screen are mouldy, rusty. The pool color is ugly n towel station no people manage all time. Phone no line to ask for any help. Convenient location to travel ksl or mid valley. Hotel breakfast not bad but food turn cold fast. Hotel room service food not bad too.
Checkout is super smooth n fast. Not all staff can speak English.
