Overall I can give 4.4/5 stars... morning breakfast buffet was marvelous!!! But the room I'm staying I found 2 begs in 2 different location each... And I do inform Front desk! They are very2 helpful...

Enjoyed my stay! The room was spotless and cozy, the staff were welcoming and efficient, and the amenities were great. Convenient location close to attractions and dining. Perfect for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is old and rundown but offers budget-friendly rates for travelers. It used to be a 4-star establishment but has since dropped to 2 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

Location is superb to me. But it’s an old hotel , the bathroom has stains on it which made my friend and I not want to step on it. The bed is reasonable to sleep on. Toilet can’t be flushed properly and there are stains around the rooms.

Dirty, spoil, always faulty here faulty there faulty everywhere but for the price as it is the nearest 4 star hotel to be found near by custom i think this is good enough for me.
