Berjaya Waterfront Hotel

Location is great. Club are nearby and food is available within the hotel. Except the water pressure is low, everything else is good.

A solid choice for travelers! The hotel’s location is its biggest perk—just steps from Batam Jetty, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. It’s also close to local markets and dining spots, perfect for exploring the city.  Rooms are clean, modern, and offer lovely views of the waterfront (opt for a higher floor if you can). The front desk staff were welcoming and quick to assist with any requests, which made check-in smooth. Breakfast had decent variety, and the pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind.  No frills, but great value for the price. Ideal for short stays or business trips. Would stay again!   **Pros**: Superb location, friendly service, clean rooms, easy ferry access.

Good people but the toilet and all its not really clean like a 4star but the area is 4 star with alot of club and ktv quite noisy at night

Had a lovely stay at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel JB. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, the staffs made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Every request we had was met with efficiency and a smile. Both were not only professional but also incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast staff also deserves praise for being very attentive and accommodating, even though the breakfast itself was not the strongest part of the experience. The presentation and taste of the food could definitely be improved, as it was far from appetising. The rooms, while clean, were quite dated, and it might be time for an upgrade to better match the rest of the hotel’s charm. However, the ambience and size of the hotel made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is fantastic. There's a mall with duty-free shops, fast food outlets, KTV lounges, bowling alleys, and plenty of shopping options just next door—very convenient for both families and travellers looking to explore. Despite a few areas that could use improvement, the affordable pricing, great amenities, and, most of all, the incredible staff, made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding hospitality of the people who work there. They truly made us feel at home.

The stay experience was very good, but the tap in my room leaked water, which needs to be improved. Traditional．

The hotel is big, free parking. Good to park at level 6 where there is security guard. Room is alright but dated. Good location if u just wanna get drunk and go back room. Value for money comes with breakfast as well.
