The room is big, the location is great, can avoid traffic jam if you guys stay here. The service is 3/5 ☹️. Sorry guys, I understand that this hotel is quiet old but please maintain the iron and iron board. The rest okay. Will come back to stay here again soon.

Spacious and value for money hotel. Breakfast was awesome. However the location was a bit far from everywhere. The worst part was the condition of the room. The hot water knot for the shower literally drops out every single time I use it. I hope the management of the hotel can look into every room to repair the faulty facilities. This is definitely not the standard of a 4- star hotel should have.

new york hotel JB have a spacious and clean room with city view and indoor swimming pool also, we enjoy the swimming pool. have jacuzzi also we have fun, service okay, food also okay delicious and have more options. location provide easy to shopping centre making it convenient for guests exploring johor bharu.

There were no shower curtain, no hand towel and no safe deposit box. However, the beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep. I would like to have salted eggs to go with the porridge.

Aircond not functioning very well. Old hotel . Limited option for the breakfast. Swimming pool to small only Can for kids . And i Dont know can get score 8/10. Something wrong.

I was amaze at new york hotel... it has change alot since my last stay...that was before covid..it got super better...the food spread were awesome the taste was super delicious and the hotel room look cleaner then Before....it worth my money spend....
But reception on Saturday wasnt pretty lenient...i wasnt allowed to change a few things which i feel is a need for me...
I need to change from bathtub to shower as i cannot climb over it and cant change the king bed to 1 single...
And a few more... sooo i hope i can be explained why now the hotel cannot accommodate at all for a little bit changes...

Their service is pretty good. It’s an old hotel. Amenities and facilities are pretty decent. Stayed few times before. But i think the hotel needs repairing and renovation.
