It was a memorable and enjoyable stay for us, and given the location of the hotel, it was so convenient! Right next to zenith, crossing the road would lead you to komtar and city square. Food and shopping within minutes. Hotel staff are very polite, and amenities such as the gym (very spacious and well equipped) were well maintained. Mattresses were soft and comfortable as well. Would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a quick getaway. Too bad I didn’t take many photos as I was busy enjoying myself. Attach photos are of the club lounge and view of street.

The room super quiet which I prefer and the bed are super confy and it just a little feel down the air con til minight became hot whole night but still acceptable .

Very nice experience everytime we came to stay at this hotel. Very convenient as its near the CIQ & shopping centres. Staffs are very friendly & i really enjoyed their buffet breakfast with so many varieties of food.

Stay for one week here best place to relax and unwind!
The location was perfect… just a short walk to JB Mall, and Komtar is right behind the hotel, so everything was super convenient. Plenty of cafes nearby too!
The room and hotel service were topnotch. Nayyan did a great job keeping the room tidy and always made sure we were comfortable.
Breakfast was meriah (plentiful and delicious!) and I loved hitting their gym every morning and evening. I also tried their Breeze Spa and my therapist, Diana, had such a magical touch that I actually fell asleep during the session! I felt so relaxed and light afterwards.
Overall, I really love Amari JB. If anyone’s planning to stay in JB city centre, you should definitely try Amari too!

Located very near to CIQ, opposite Komtar and City Square with no lack of eateries, shopping or massage shops. Rooms are decently sized with comfy beds as per website. Very friendly staff and happy to return next time!

Amari JB is well located, being a short walk away after you clear immigration at Johor CIQ. Located behind a shopping mall and surrounded by food options, it's perfect for a quick getaway. Despite my late checkin, I received a free upgrade to a deluxe room (thank you Amari!), which was a great night's rest. Only complaint is the toilet which doesn't have a spare cubicle for showering, which is a weird design. Otherwise no issues.

This will be our 7th time staying over here in Amari, Johor Bahru Hotel as we simply missed the sumptuous great breakfast and facilities very much from our heart. We did a 3 Days 2 Nights. As per usual, our stay have been pleasant. For this time round, l have booked a Deluxe Room so that it is slightly more spacious than the Superior Room for more leg room movement and we lurved the ambience. Everything was okay except for the TV which was giving us some problem. One of the technician, Hafiz came to repair on the TV. At the same time he also assisted to replace the bedroom spotlight and ceiling light too. He was very professional. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay completely happily with no complaints. And we will definately be back for our short vacation once again. Thank you for having us once again. Till then.
