The room was spacious and comfortable,the 15th-floor sky bar was amazing,with great views,a live band,and relaxing atmosphere-perfect for relaxing or enjoying drinks in the evening.My only complaint is that there was no place or hanger to hang clothes, which would have been convenient.

I got room wit problem on shower but they take fast action on tat...room a bit small but wit the price around rm190++ its not worth it...

I have stayed here a few times and this time it's a girls trip with my daughters. A good size room that is clean enough and with comfortable beds. There are 7-11 and lotsa eatries downstairs. It's very convenient to find food when you are too lazy to go out further and just want to chillax in the room. The breakfast spread is great too!

The stupid hospitality services of hotel, first enter in, can se security guard at upfront of desk. No have a bell man, shortage of staff, that the issues was told by others Staff ( Indian girl staff ) .
The man Duty Manager was rude and bad body language with fucking face to show their face like want to fight! This guys was rude with saying that no have bell man and said they are only one man and cannot helping to took care the luggage !
This I first I was met the upfront with rude and barbarian style with bloody **** face to me !! Like we are came as beggar people !!!
I cancel for staying and second day !!
After check in at room, this second of hell coming, the room was hot temperature and the air condition was broke. I and wife was exhausted because drive for 7 hours and take a sleep like in jaguzzi !!!
This stupid hospitality and barbarian staff handling the services of hotel !!!!
I will share the photo and video and air-condition was broken. Another one is this room has 3 unit compressor at outside balcony. This another stupid was put the compressor at balcony with hot air !!!! I really speechless about This STUPID HOTEL MANNER AND SERVICES !!!
