2A+1C stayed 3D2N. The hotel location was ok.
I didn't mind to self downgrade my booked room for a better window view and flesh air ventilation. Stayed in room cleanliness can be improved much more. For the price paid to stay in this hotel, I did not expect anything from the hotel services. The "hotel" definitely needs serious consideration to install room noise cancelling forms.

Good location, near to a lot of eateries. About 30min drive from JB Sentral. Room is relatively large for 2 pax. But the beds are not very comfortable as the mattresses offer little support to our backs.

Simple & clean budget hotel in the midst of Austin area. Easy check in, for those looking for food this is the place to stay but for shopping nothing much too shop unless travel to nearby shopping mall.

Thin walls where you can hear sounds from corridor & room next door. For the price, the room is very clean with amenities as stated (shower gel, toothbrush, towel, TV (no Netflix), free bottled water and kettle). No hair dryer available. The location is conveniently located - near to dim sum food place, grocery shop, many eateries and entertainment. Fuss-free check in. Food delivery can be ordered thru app and delivered up to door step of your room. Highly recommended.

Charged 15rm for 40 minutes late checkout. At first, I requested late checkout, the person did not mention any fees. Be careful of this.
Nearby has Hua Mui, seems famous.
