planning to have a longer stay, but when requested for a make up room on the 3rd day of stay, was told tat house keeping started work at 11am and ended at night 9pm . what a joke, do you think guest will stay in room waiting at 11am as we went to another country travel? and come bk before 9pm ? As I told them I do not want anyone to enter my room when we not ard. came back 9.04pm and called them to just to clear the rubbish but hotel refuse to . what a let down

I really love this hotel. The room view they arranged for me is excellent, overlooking Singapore. Plus, the gym is very clean with brand new equipment, which makes my morning workouts very satisfying. Most importantly, there's a car elevator parking lot, which is perfect for business travelers and drivers. I recommend this hotel.

Took a short break with my husband to JB. Hotel is walking distance from City Square about 10minutes. Travelling is convenient. Room is very spacious which I appreciate the space compared to other stay. Decent and clean. Bed was a little too soft for wish it could be firmer.

Night time is noisy due to the night market and somehow fireworks? Could be heard on the Fri night I was staying..till about 1am+

This hotel is close to malls but it’s not located in a “pretty” looking part of town. Overall JB it’s not friendly for people with wheelchairs or families carrying strollers, so the location of this hotel is great for coffee shops and malls but take into consideration that walking around can be a problem, if you are disabled or are traveling with little kids.
My room was big and clean, not the cleanest but fairly clean, amenities are basic (shampoo, soap, toothpaste/brush), the hotel is quiet and staff are very nice and fast with any requests, even the valet parking guys are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Z hotel.

Saw reviews and i was expecting it’s better than it should be.
Parking is convenient & safety seem ok for the security & car lift .
Room is huge.
Location is wise.
But,
Amenities , room conditions seem ages .
Environment locations is ok but full with foreigners which quite unsafe for solo travelers especially lady alone.
And due to its locations right across the hotel there is night market with full sets of karaoke blasting during the evening & night.
Thursday night i can still heard the music at 12am.
Friday night i can still heard it pass 2am .
Hard to have good rest with this conditions.
If you are on business trip its not recommend for the stay as hardly get good rest with the loud music blasting at the night .

The location is very near to all the food place at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee. The room was clean and spacious but as it’s very near to the highway, it’s quite noisy till the wee hours.
