The most dirty hotel in my experienced with ful smell.You will regret for choosing it. Pls take a look photos that i uploaded.

We've always book this hotel stay as the staff is friendly, the lift is controlled by the staff so security level is standard. And its smoking friendly environment. Plus, its classic touch with a very good location to to and fro Singapore - JB n to pasar karat.

The hotel didn’t provide mineral water and shampoo, staffs are very welcoming ,

Good to stay if you intend to go for just short staycation. Cheap and convenient

Terrible hotel, poor service attitude, no water, no toothbrush, nothing in the hotel room, even the bed quilt was only used by one person, and the bed was swept again and again, but there were still bites from the bugs. We were both bitten by the bugs all night, and they were invisible biting bugs, which must be dirty. We became itchy after sleeping for a few hours, and we were working people who left the hotel early to rush to Singapore. In conclusion, this is the worst and dirtiest hotel in JB.

There was no remote control for the air conditioner, so I couldn't adjust it. 24-hour reception and security are reassuring. The location was excellent!
