Good location bus stop right in front hotel nearby lots of restaurants and a big open food court just opposite the hotel
Only is the heater take quite sometime to heat up overall is ok

Pros - Location is just 10 mins walk to KSL mall, Big room
Cons - Old hotel - Room 1) toilet flushing system pressure was slow 2) shower knob came off 3) bathtub leaked 4) wire connected to the hairdryer was exposed. Need to revamp.

My friends and I enjoyed our 2D1N stay at Crystal Crown Hotel, JB. The newly hotel renovated wing was very clean, brightly lit along the walkway of the rooms. The room is spacious, has a king size bed, comfy to sleep on and toilet very clean. Breakfast was a good spread of food. 6mins walk to KSL Mall or 3mins by Grab. Would return again.

The hotel’s prime location places it within a 5-minute walk from KSL City Mall and a short drive from Johor Bahru City Square, making it convenient for both shopping and exploring local attractions.
However, stayed in the renovated room , the aircon is noisy and breakfast variety need to improve.

Overall clean and easy check in, there’s complimentary parking for those staying in the hotel too. Staff was nice too :) breakfast spread was decent too.
