I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

Nice hotel. Just that the toilet door is a tad dirty. Can see a lot of dusts and mould formed. Something I can overlook.
Location is good but being in city means slightly heavy traffic in and out of the area depending on the time of the day

I am so impressed with Doubletree! Upon queuing to be checked in, we were served freshly baked cookie. The cookie definitely warmed our hearts (pun intended) and we felt so welcomed by the gesture. The check in was smooth and the room was clean. There was also a cute staff serving pop corn at the lobby to guests heading out/in. We will be back! :)

Service n environment (especially the lobby resting area) is good.
Food is good as not so oily ie. Good for health.

I have a good stay at Doubletree. I have a welcome cookie when I arrived for checkin, is so cool. They have a whatsapp chat to follow-up on our stay to ensure everything is in order. So far this is the best hotel i stayed.

The hotel is elegant but lacks children shampoo/body wash. Location is ok but need transport to go to nearby malls. Overall, the room is big and the staff are friendly. Love the freshly baked cookies given during check in.
