One of the best hotels I’ve been in JB. Service was impeccable. Got warm cookies when we checked in. Journey from customs to hotel was a 10 mins walk. We wanted to book grab but the grabdriver didn’t pick us up. So we had to walk. Its abit of a walk on the tiny pavement but it wasn’t too bad. Arrived and the warm smiles of everyone greeted us. Arrived at around 1.30 but our room wasn’t ready. The receptionist, Mastam said our rooms will be ready by 2 plus so we waited. Exactly at 2, I got a WhatsApp message saying our room was ready. I think they registered my name and email under the Hilton membership if I’m not wrong. Didnt really take pictures of room but the bathroom is huge and spacious with a bathtub. Love it! Went out for lunch and dinner. Came back to the hotel with water all topped up. Even had two glasses and water next to our beds. It wasn’t there when we checked in. I was very happy about it because in this weather we need to hydrate! One downside though. It was super cold! The aircon was killing us. Had to wear socks and jackets to sleep because the aircon was wow. Switched it off to fan and it was slightly better. The breakfast was good. I love the juice corner. You can tell then what juices you want. I asked for apple and celery. So happy with that. There were alot of options for food. Malay chinese indian. Prata, siewmai, roti bom, roti jala, nasi lemak, mantou, cornflakes corner, cheese and salad corner, bread corner, ice cream, bread pudding. Ahhhh love it! They will also ask at the beginning if you want coffee or teh tarik or coffee tarik. Will definitely come back again. I dont usually rate 5 stars for everything but yall deserve it. Love it. Room starting to look a little dated but still kept clean so it’s ok. Breakfast variety is still up to standard. Staff are very well trained and really pleasant.

The hotel breakfast is yummy n there is a variety of choices The room is clean and the service of the staff is warm n nice Having dinner in The Italian restaurant on level 13 . Awesome

Requested for birthday deco and the hotel staff really did put in effort to make it a wonderful stay for us! Besides that, the breakfast buffet was also quite decent with cuisine suitable for the different races. There are also different facilities like swimming pool, gym and even steam room for guest to use! Overall a good stay and will definitely come back to stay next time :)

Room was clean. Had requested a something special for my bf and it was great. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Hotel breakfast was average. Overall it was a good place to stay . (:

Check in was a non event at the lobby. As with the Hilton tradition, cookie was offered. However as the cookie was not warm enough, she gave me a redemption card instead. Very thoughtful . The room was nice on the 26th floor, though I had hoped for a higher floor. Nonetheless, the smiles from the lounge team made up for it. Liked the sustainability efforts of Hilton from the glass bottled water(rooms) to the fresh local produce at the buffet table. Breakfast offerings is very wide and definitely worth a try if you have not. Not my first visit and definitely will not be my last.

Hotel staffs are helpful. Check in process is smooth. Room are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast selection.

The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Amenities are really good quality. Breakfast is a feast. Huge selection of food, taste ok. They also serve freshly made juice. Parking flow is weird, the ramp is the same for entry and exit, kind of dangerous. You also need to reverse if come from the basement parking and you need to pick luggage from the lobby.

This place surpassed all our expectations, and we are avid travellers. It all started with the warmest greeting as we entered the doors and the offer of fresh hot cookies at check-in, speed was great, crews were friendly and always ready to help. Room is basic but has got everything you need, TV channels aplenty, bottles of water ready, great shower and amenities etc. If I could pick on something, it would be the little noises at night from the pipes, aircon that could have been blocked better, but seriously not that bad. Bed is comfy, room is clean, space is enough. Close proximity to places, easy to get cars. Will definitely return!

Had a delicious doubletree cookie upon check in. Free parking, bed very comfortable and breakfast spread is out of this world.

My family and i love it. It was a huge room as my nephew can play around the room. Once we got our room, felt that we would want to extend our stay but sadly its just one night for us. A deposit has to be done upon check in. Got a complimentary cake for my mum’s birthday it was so sweet of them. They even decorated the bed with balloon, towels and a birthday card. Got a few warm cookies too at the counter once we checked in. Smooth checked in and great service. The view was nice as we got the 27th floor. Breakfast was superb and there was different types of cuisine we can eat. Would love to come back and stay.
