Space Residency by Avery with Cityview at JBCC【Free Parking+Walk 100m to KSL+Infinity Pool】

It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! I LIKED THE SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL SCENT. NICE AND CLEAN QUEEN SIZED BED AND BATHROOM + BASIC HOTEL EQUIPMENTS, I liked that. Liked the TV aircons, 24/7 inquiry desk. Easy to checkout, and responsive faculties. And a lot of securities checking the card key whenever enters the apt. They are even at the swimming pool. Very safe. Of course, no bugs on the mattress. Great for say trip or maybe for one month living challenge. I heard this hotel management company also offers one month living. Overall I loved the environment and swimming pool. Thanks a lot. We had a really pleasant stay at this Space Residency. 🌟 The location is very convenient, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. A special thank-you to JT, the friendly check-in assistant who supported us and made arrival smooth. We were greeted with a nice welcome drink, and the unit was clean, cosy and comfortable. Being on a high floor with a nice view was a big plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the stay and would happily book Space Residency again.

We are extremely pleased with the apartment. It is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service provided was top-notch as well. Highly recommended!

This project unit is still very new as there were renovations going on in other units. The pool & gym size were decent and we did enjoy the facilities. The management team send their rep.to pick us up during check in. Communication was good as we used WhatsApp to message and they did a good job in communicating with us on a daily basis to check whether we needed any assistance during our stay. Netflix was provided which was an added bonus. They were kind enough to extend 1 more hour for our last day's checkout. Room was great as they knew we only have 2 pax and they provided a double bed for each room (though booking listed as a single bed with extra futons ). In the unit everything was new. We will definitely book again if the price is attractive enough as price is one of the main factors to consider for a JB trip since there are many other cheaper options available.

We were served by Samuel and the service was top notched, despite our late night requests. The building is very new, with renovations going on. The view is great and there are a lot food options around.
