Clean and spacious one bedroom apartment. Most amenities is given, just feel like a home. Easy access to mall with variety of food selection. Parking provided.

Overall staying was good, location nearby JB Sentral walking distance from CIQ. Food can find opposite side. But nearby SHU QUO HOTPOT.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very good location as walking distance to rnf mall and 5min walk to Jb custom and city square.
Just a recommendation that to increase the number of pillow and wall mounted hanger in the bathroom.
Definitely will book this studio room again for my next visit.

This was my 2nd time staying at this place & still nothing to complain cause no hassle at all.Check in process was going smoothly & very easy to follow.Next visit to jb surely my 3rd time stay at the place.Only this time the fuss was the shower compartment not equiped with door/blind which lead to splash all over the floor & became hazardous sometime.Other than that overall experiences was spot on.

The unit, at a higher level, is a Seaview unit.. the unit is clean and tidy.. Fully furnished in kitchens with fridge, washing machine microwave and oven .. The only thing disappointing is the TV out of order.. Contact the management team, and they can't have any solution for this .. For 3 nights stay in the unit without a TV is a bad experience.. The management should not put up the room for sales if the TV are out of service in the room.. or they can inform guests in advance..
