All. Is good in the apartment, Clean and convenient. Text messages through trip.com to apartment were not answered, so response could have been better.

I booked a standard king room for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed the floor was wet as though it had just been mopped. To my surprise, I was given 2 queen beds instead and used towels found in the cupboard.There was a stain on bedsheet. I had to place another bath mat to avoid the trip and fall due to the first mat suction being not strong enough. During the stay we were provided with a shower gel and no shampoo. The washing machine does not come with a dryer and you need to search for the detergent which was placed under the kitchen sink. A garment steamer and vacuum cleaner were provided in the room, very convenient .The utensils, pots and pans were displayed on the kitchen table top, it looked cluttered. I suggest that it should be placed in the cabinet provided when not in use. Overall the cleanliness is good. There's room for improvement. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Feels like home. Everything was complete — washing machine, oven, microwave oven cooking utensils etc. TV was very easy to connect and navigate. View is incredible. Would stay longer next time! Totally recommended.

Overall, the cleanliness is satisfactory. However, the pillowcases had some stains, and the detergent used for the towels could be improved for a more pleasant fragrance. As for the amenities, it’s a slight pity that R&F Mall is not yet fully operational, as it would have made the experience even better.

Overall, an enjoyable stay and highly recommended! We had an excellent stay in Princess Cove. Apartment was spacious and well-maintained. Xin An Management was also professional in their service.
