Had a pleasant stay at this place with my friends. The location is near to customs and it’s quite convenient. It also has 2 convenience stores downstairs and some shops opposite to get necessities if you require any last minute. Owner is nice and friendly. Very helpful and also delivered extra toilet rolls when we ran out of them. Thank you for the pleasant stay and service!

1- was expecting we got the princess cove tower "A" but instead is seine region. 2- request for early check in at 2pm, but we got to pay additional. so we didnt proceed. 3- when checked in, washing machine plug was spoilt, bidet was loose and leak, TV no sound. 4- request for change of room but was ignored, worker came to fix the issue, took about 1 1/2 hr to settle. need to off and on TV then have sound. 5- sofa was dirty. 6- stayed for 4 days 3 nights, only given 1 plastic rubbish, no broom, no laundry soap. 7- windows dont have safety lock, so please becareful especially if have kids.

Overall ok except the person in charge do not prepare parking car card even though, i informed him in advanced through WhatsApp. Luckily the Xin An Mgmt still open office before 8pm. To assist settle the problem arise.

Nice and clean condo. Can walk to R & F mall through the link bridge. A lot of facilities. TV has no live channels though.

It's nice for a short gateway for 2D1N. Never use the washing machine & microwave, don't know if it functions or not. But management didn't provide hanger in the house, so we unable to hang our clothes.

About a 20 minutes walk from CIQ and most of walk way is covered. Room is very well kept but check-in and out process can be easier. The toilet hair dryer plug and socket doesn't match

Smooth self checking. Safe environment with friendly security guards. Clean room with night view. Customer service at WhatsApp was very helpful. Overall is good. Worth the money.
