Very clean and spacious. Host also very accommodating in my inquiry and allow us to early check in. Location if taking grab will take 1 big turn due traffic jam. Overall we happy and satisfied.

The place is really good. Thought I would just get a glimpse of JB but the place is perfectly situated to so many cultural aspects seen. Plus the view of the entire building to Singapore is really amazing. Though it's a short stay, I will definitely miss staying at The Bess Homestay.

Very clean! very comfy! nice and spacious place for family. keep it up. my family and i njoyed our stay. the room is praised for comfort,space,cleaniness and ideal for families. convenient location near attractions.very good experience,attentive owner and fast response. For smooth check in make sure meet the security for that building and they will assist and guide you through the process.

Despite being doubtful for the lack of reviews at the beginning. It truly changed my impression after staying there especially after seeing the sea view. Service and hospitality were top notch and efficient despite the language barrier. My only complaint is the lack of kitchen utensils but overall it's only a small matter and will definitely come again.
